No FF character is ever in the same party with Sora as a Disney Character.

In KH 1 & 2, your only other party members for worlds are Disney protagonists or Riku.

And there's the one small gauntlet where you have Squall, Cloud, Tifa, and Yuffie working with you for one room each... BUT NOT CID BECAUSE WE CAN'T HAVE KICK ASS DRAGOONS FOR SOME REASON.

Squall also helps for the small defense fight in Radiant Garden's first visit in KH2, and Cloud as a summon card in CoM.

That is it for the whole franchise.

Edit: In fact, the ONLY time a Disney character fights a FF character is the Cloud fight in Olympus colloseum; because the only other time a FF character is fought is Sepiroth who is fought solo both times.

Double Edit: The Squall/Leon fight in Traverse town and of course the Destiny Islands kids came BEFORE getting party members so I exempted them.

Unchained Chi is literally one of the best performing mobile games in Japan right now, and KH3 is one of the most hyped games in general.

Also KH isn't convoluted if you play all of the games. It's dense, not convoluted.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is "The end of the Xehanort saga."
You spent 15 years telling ONE SAGA of your new super series?
And... man... the story's gotten just too out of hand.
It's just... lost a lot of what got me into the series.

I think Kingdom Hearts is a good example of why FF games aren't direct sequels to each other. The stories are built off of twists and sequels need new twists and it's like headphones in the pocket by the end.

Even better example is the inexplicable FF13 miniseries that happened somehow.

I spent last night playing Smash with friends who haven't played the series since Melee. It was fun to play with friends, even though I kicked their butts. I dont play with people often, as most of my friends have PS4s.

They made a whole new model for him (since the L&R version was STUPIDLY fluffy and what not).
Took the time to try to properly remaster the iconic bit of him chainsawing the logo.
And did some contract with his VA after OVER TEN YEARS to say THREE SENTENCES.
