Hm... A Sonic Warriors game actually sounds pretty awesome!

Make it Dynasty Warriors: Sonic style.
Sonic makes the most sense for a Dynasty Warriors game with all the abilities they have. That would be a goo excuse to just cram pretty much every Sonic character in there and bring back characters like Bark and Bean.

This is good, but the bigger problem would be how would they incorporate Scorpion into smash? Mortal Combat's gimmicks the gore, which would be hardly to truly capture without changing the rating, and if he had no gore, then it wouldn't feel like scorpion.
Bayonetta is in Smash. Her games are chock full of gore and swearing and all of that. If she can get in despite her original series's violence, so can Scorpion.

Plus, Scorpion's been done without gore and blood before. MK vs. DC and Injustice are both perfect examples of how to do Scorpion right without needing blood.

Here's a good video showing off Scorpion in Injustice. And mind you this is done by the people who created Mortal Kombat, so they clearly don't mind having Scorpion in crossover games without over-the-top blood.

Shadow's game is rife with issues.
The fact that guns were mostly vestigial to non-boss combat is a flaw of game design; still.

This. He's been on a Space Base filled with Soldiers. The fact he can use guns is strange? Not really. The fact he has to to decently damage the Black Aliens is more of a problem. Yes, they are inherently stronger due to being Aliens, and thus, have similar physical prowess to Shadow. That makes sense. But his physical attacks can't even KO a human soldier fast? That doesn't make much sense.

His teammates that anyone can play as as Player 2 being a clone of Shadow without guns is kind of... strange. Like, it might make sense for Sonic, slightly for Knuckles(He has something similar to the Homing Attack in Sonic Adventure 1), but everybody else? The hell?

The music was good, at least. And the cutscenes looked great. But the regular graphics were a clear downgrade from Sonic Heroes. It also had some annoying glitches(you could clip through the ground and die if you go too fast), and the courses weren't that balanced. The weapons were designed a bit better, but not much. The ammo system has issues due to most enemies being tanks against anything but weapons. The auto-aiming is fine, but Shadow will bump into almost anything if he goes fast.

The dialogue is cringeworthy, but it at least has gained meme popularity, so that's not too big of a deal. Not bothered by the swearing either, as it just comes off as hilariously cheesy at this point. It's still less cringeworthy than Heroes' beyond awful dialogue(the gameplay is fine, but the dialogue... ugh). At least the voice acting was better too in Shadow. The 4Kids voices were rather good, despite some bad lines. I will say though, some of the weapons were silly fun. The Omochao Gun was amazing.

Last but not least, the vehicles were mostly ass. Bar the Walkers. They were vastly improved in 06, strangely enough. But Shadow was one of the best made characters in 06, outside of his glitchy Homing Attack(the only problem with his gameplay, really. Unless you hated the vehicles, of course. But I mean actual legit problems, not pure preference being taken into account).

I love Shadow's game and all, but yeah, it has its issues. Multiplayer was... eh. Playing as the Shadow Androids was neat, though. Of course, regular Shadow was a better choice due to weapon choices being more diverse, not a specific weapon that doesn't always work. Also, the Ring system in Shadow was grand. The "cheap deaths" were far less due to it, bar pits, respectively.

It'd be an evolution from Black Knight.
Characters with different weaponry and playstyles that namely go down the same path.
Just have the level design be mostly linear.

I think it be even funnier, if Big the Cat was playable and his weapon was his fishing rod. Just imagine him shouting Froggy as he swings it around while trying to find him.

Ok, good point on the Dc Crossover. Bayonnetta is as graphic as Mortal Kombat can get imo, plus she more know for her guns/sexyness/ women empowerment rather then gore.

Scorpion would have to be toned down a lot but I do feel like he could still be considered the same character with out fatalities, he was in Injustice after all.

Yuri Second-Banana Lowenthal is staying as English Marth.
Between this and Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., I actually really like Yuri Lowenthal as Marth. It always seemed like a fitting voice.

Also I honestly think A sonic western game could be done well. I mean Dillon's rollling western works.
Plus Sega,can't go any further down in terms of good sonic games....
I hope...

Big being playable wouldn't be odd at all actually, have you seen his moveset in Heroes?

I know, I had this in mind slightly. Sonic heroes is one of my favorite sonic game despite it's flaws.

They can all homing attack actually. In Heroes everyone has this ability.

He says he knows Corrin looks better without them
I think an English voiced Marth would freshen up Marth in Smash, provided if the voicing is done right.
We just saw proof that the voice acting would be damn good

Ah. Interesting.

Albeit, I think the reason for this is they wanted to make everyone feel more generic in Heroes and Shadow, so it wasn't likely to be a permanent ability for them. This seems to be the case in many games. I've noticed that characters either tend to be fairly unique, or simple clones of others(usually with a slight difference to make them feel more fun). It's kind of neat. I think it usually works well overall, regardless of what style they go with.

Mewtwo has wielded many different faces over the years. He even has a giant Spoon!
From Pokemon: Mewtwo Strikes Back to Pokemon Stadium to Adventures to Origins, Mewtwo has truly stood the test of time, becoming one of Pokemon's most recognizable faces to many gamers around the world.

But i came here to share my little story of how i reacted to Mewtwo in Smash 4:

I remeber strictly waiting for Mewtwo's arrival in Smash 4, ever since E3 2013, i awaited his (or they, or its) return to the happy go-lucky-gone wrong of Nintendo. I remember beign an ignorant fool back in April 8, 2014, thinking that the Pokemon known as Greninja, was Mewtwo.

Ever since, the desesperation in me grew bigger and bigger, as the bandwagon of Mewtwo "haters" (or whatever they were called) proclaimed that Mewtwo was a goner. No matter how many rumors popped out, my hope for the Legendary Genetic Pokemon was always strong, even with the ESRB Leak.

All those jokes, memes and other stuff about Mewtwo not returning were a minor annyoance for me. I was confident and hopeful, something that can backfire easily when it comes to smash speculation. But despite the wait, the dream became real. I remember that afternoon, on October 23rd
of 2014. I still remember how the Camera first showed Mewtwo's feet, and how it slowly revealed the rest of the body.

There are many characters out there that i wanted that never made it. K.Rool, Isaac, Simon Belmont and others, but there's no character out there that i have the same attachment with other than Mewtwo (except maybe Megaman). If i had to sacrifice a Smash 4 newcomer for Mewtwo, i would (unless it was Megaman as already mentioned or Lil' Mac or Greninja) im not joking.
I could be Corrin, Bayo, Palutena, you name it.

I don't care that Mewtwo is low tier or trash tier or whatever, im not a competitive guy. I prefer him to be this way than not beign in the game at all. There, i said it. Say what you want about me, but i don't care. I love Mewtwo, he is awsome for me and always will.

Happy Birthday Mewtwo!, and i hope future generations appreciate you, just like the older generations did since the beggining of Gen 1.

Just wanted to say my thoughts about Megalovania, and I want to give my honest thoughts about the song. No spoilers, as it is just mainly talking about the song itself.

Megalovania is one of Undertale most popular tracks and is a very catchy song to listen. I might have pinpointed the reason why I dislike the song, but its not that the track itself is a bad composition. No, not at all, its a great song and the song is played at a very good point of Undertale when doing a certain route. It is just that Megalovania is reused too much in many of the games Toby has worked on. I can tolerate songs when its used as an easter egg like Totaka's song, which is a short tune of itself. But when its a long song reused again in another original work, it feels a bit lazy. Why not use the "The Song That Might Play When You Fight ____", or rather remix the song I mentioned in a certain tone to make it fit the scenario used in Undertale. At least the work is original and not using the same song from a previous original work. Almost all of the songs in Undertale are original compositions made to fit Undertale's theme, story, and events. Megalovania, is the only thing in Undertale that is unoriginal and is just a reused song from his other games and in general feels a bit lazy. I personally wanted to see everything in Undertale to be 100% original work in everything, and that's what I almost got, if it were not for Megalovania. It was the very first thing that bothered me, because when I first heard the song, it sounded very familiar as I have heard the Earthbound Halloween Hack version of it before.

Just wanted to confess this, as I could not get it out of my head. Just so were on the same page, I don't hate the song, it's just something that really bothered me. At least you understand my perspective on the subject.

Day 2 :4corrinf: Tech: On omega stages with long walls on the sides (like Boxing Ring), you can recover deceptively low.
If you use both of your jumps and side b into the wall, you can get a full jump of extra height and THEN doing the up b.

Edit: It's basicaly a wall cling + jump that gives a more beneficial jump angle and... you can mess up because you only get 1 off stage needle.
