i'm having a tough time wrapping my head around this game, because i usually look for people trying to bull****, and this game let's the 2 scum factions hunt each other. It just kinda lets everyone look legit to me.

i never reread games, because i have a good memory and tend to remember everything i read the first time, but with this setup, i may actually have to go back and reread to find connections.

Laundry posting that he doesn't have any reads outside of Ruy or possibly me is a red flag for sure. There was a lot of communication between Maven and Ryker on day1 as well as Joey and Joker, and finding both of those TvT means you've found almost all scum already. That's bad, but what I really don't like is how he approaches the game knowing this.

For one, at the end of day1 I said I wanted to talk to him/Ryker about Joker before the day ended, and then he ended it with a hammer. Realize now that an Alex, who only has a scum read on Ruy and a minor one on me, decides to lynch Gorf before he even tries to get more information. He then enters the next day, and I once again offer him to talk ("lmk if you're in thread again" is a pretty clear hint to that).

Side note: his wording in 674 is extremely odd.

Where do you want to go? "Possibly Ramses. Outside of that, I have no clue. Still don't know why anyone really views Maven as a good lynch."

For one, it's weird that he even mentions Maven when discussion direction. However, what really weirds me out is that this is the guy who talked with Ryker yesterday and said "Yeah I see Maven town now, but he still did do some grimy things that exchange (with Ryker)". If I recall correctly, at that point he was the only one who even mentioned that there was a flipside to Maven's reaction, and now he doesn't understand?
Outside of that, the reasons for lynching Maven were posted by Joey end of yesterday after I asked about it... right around the same time Joey was talking about his reasons to lynch Gorf, and BEFORE he posted "not sure between Ruy or Gorf" (which indicates he should've read on it). Not a decisive argument, but something to keep in mind regardless. Is he trying to lynch people or finding things out?

To me, it also bothers me how reliant he was on Ryker to get information out there. He (almost?) never engaged in conversation with anyone else, on top of that a lot of his reads went Ryker's way. Ryker says XonarScum, Alex goes to XonarScum. Alex says ScumGheb, Ryker says TownGheb, Alex says TownGheb. Alex says ScumMaven... etc.

Finally, on his read on me, he complains about not knowing my hand but never made ANY effort to peek into it. I do remember offering to talk with people yesterday.

All in all, my issue with him is that his proclaimed intentions don't line up with his actions, as well as some minor other points.
To recap:

• Doesn't have any grasp on the player list despite at least 2 reads (one on his own and one with Ryker)
• Struggles with certain things (Where to go? Is Xonar Scum?) despite never making efforts to fix it
• Claims to not know "why maven" when Maven's been his main focus on day1
• Basically hasn't taken much, if any, initiative.

Right now I want to lynch either Joker or Laundry, on the premise that lynching inactives is simply un-fun and I'd rather lose to inactives having played with people than blindly shoot inactives in the hope of not dying without a doc here.
