Yeah. It is friendly after all. However, people sometimes do it even on finals of a tournament.

Tried watching the bracket pools, but it was impossible not to switch back to VGBC knowing that Mew2king is playing . He's definitely one of the top world players of Melee. He is the only person to play top competition in both Melee and Brawl, making him (in my opinion) the best Smash series player.

Nah, he's just quiting to not give Mew2king the satisfactory of hearing the winning ceremony. However, Mew2king should get more satisfactory from his victory knowing that the level of devastation he dealt made his opponent so salty that he tries to take the happiness of winning away from Mew2king. That psychological process should keep Mew2king happy . At least that's how I think when people rage quit on me.
