Also, that 2nd match was incredible. Both players taunted thinking they won when they didn't at two different parts! :laugh:

Maybe Sakurai thought 5 Pikmin was too many, and just slightly beefed up the HP of the Pikmin.

But more likely he is trolling us.

We kinda already talked about a lot of stuff a couple pages back.
My Thoughts: I doubt there is a 3 pikmin minimum, but in the case that there is, and Olimars specials don't use the remaining Rock and Flying Pikmin, it could leave room for another Pikmin rep that uses the other pikmin left out. Or they could be used as items or assist trophies but who knows.
And that new stage is gorgeous looking.

EDIT: And I also don't see a possible 3 minimum Pikmin being because of 3DS limitations. It just doesn't seem very logical that you could include 3 without including 6. I don't know much about this kind of stuff, but I doubt having 3 more would push the borders at all.
If anything I think it would be for other reasons like confusion with too many Olimars, or maybe a different playstyle is in mind.

That 3rd match was probably even better than the 1st match, but man, that was one hell of a set.

If you guys didn't see it, you need to re-watch it when it goes on youtube.

That was easily one of the best sets I've ever seen... AND IT WAS IN POOLS!!!!!


SO MUCH HYPE!!!!!

Well HTML5 is about to take over, so in a couple years Flash wont really matter. But i would agree I would love to watch the stream from the comfort of my room.

That DK match made me sooo upset!

Man I can't wait for SSB4! I want to see a wide variety of competitively viable characters in tournaments.
A man can watch Falco Vs. Marth but so many times...

Speaking of Nintendo's internet on consoles, I'm a bit upset that the new Youtube Wii channel has no effort put into the intro, it's just a zoomed in logo and a change of color. The intro music stinks too.

Also, Y U NO LET ME FAVORITE?!

I guess I'll at least be able to watch the stream later on my computer.

I've never seen a Pro Match in Melee before.

I'm watching a video of Dr.PP fighting Hungrybox.

Dang, I didn't know Jigglypuff could do such epic combos.
