For some reason all you hear is "KAH KAH!" though. Not sure why you don't hear them mimicking human speech when they are capable of it and they are around humans all the time.

I love crows. The ones that live by me are really smart. They let me talk to them without flying away, too, which is nice. Though, all the times I've tried, I've had a sandwich. But still.

Also, in Apache lore, crows are sacred birds. My great-grandfather (who was 1/2 Apache) had the nickname "the Crow" as a professional boxer (which he was for over 25 years) because he was Apache, tall, long, and smart.
