Did anyone see the new designs for the Ninja Turtles for the next movie? They are a little weird. But they could have been way worse. I mean, I get giving Donny goggles to wear, that makes sense. And Leo was given a little armor, around the arms and legs. Though the stuff on his chest was a little much Not too sure what I feel about Shredder's look. I think the mask is a little too detailed. Makes it a little harder to look at, but everything else seems fine.

This was old news. Pretty sure it was in the works since 2012. Just look up 2014 TMNT movie. Though I can't say I'm super excited about it, given some of the people involved. Then again Peter Laird is helping out(or was that Kevin Eastman, I heard one of the two was helping), and he's the co-creator of the series. So all might not be lost.

I don't really keep up with movies, IE I rarley go out of my way to see about new movies coming up. I mostly just use commercials.

The only time I went out of my way to see if a new movie would be coming out was to see if there was going to be a Pirates of the Caribbean 5. xD

Hell I rarely keep up with new games coming out, I rely on other people to get me the info. I'm lazy as hell. xD

An early version of the script, dated 1/30/12, titled "The Blue Door" and written by Appelbaum and Nemec, was leaked online. It features major changes to the origins: the Turtles hail from another dimension that consists of turtle warriors, Splinter is an alien from the same dimension as well, Shredder is "Colonel Schrader", a government agent who is secretly an alien who can grow blades from his body, "The Foot Clan" is just "The Foot", an elite Black Ops unit led by Col. Schrader, Casey Jones is an 18 year old security guard/amateur hockey player that finds the Turtles and is the focus of the movie, April is also 18 and is having relationship troubles with Casey because she is moving to New York due to an internship at CBS, Raphael is the comic relief instead of Michelangelo, and Michelangelo falls in love with a turtle woman from his home planet. A cease and desist order was sent by Paramount Pictures to a website that was hosting the script. Peter Laird read the script and commented on his blog that "all true TMNT fans should be grateful to the new 'powers that be' that they did not allow this wretched thing to go any further."
