After reading many of the LoZ Mangas, I'd say Link with dialogue would be a good idea. (Even better if voice-acted).
At the beginning of SS, I kinda pictured Link as a sort of more aloof Marty McFly.

Oh what a waste of a good opportunity. It'd suit him so well too.

I've read many too, Nintendo should go this direction, but some of rage fans (every fanbase has one) will just complain and whine about how it won't work out. Also after reading many articles on Zelda game interpretations, I find Link needs more development.

This is what the WiiU needs!

Now if we can only get Banjo Kazooie back.
It's not like Nintendo is involved with it, therefore no content from it in Smash. If it can live up to the original, then great, but personally I'm not convinced it will. Dyack hasn't been known for great games as of recently, and personally something like ED2 (which it is for all intensive purposes) shouldn't be left to crowd funding IMO. They also might run into some trouble legally depending on how much it infringes upon the copyrights Nintendo holds for the original. Like the sanity meter. Anyway, it's interesting, but I'm not getting my hopes up yet.

Getting support for the WiiU, with or without Nintendo's help, is still a good thing. Though i do agree that getting Nintendo to publish the game would be ideal, giving possible access to ED mechanics, but we'll have to wait and see what they bring to the table.

Mhmm, a 3rd party focusing on development for Wii U over the other two at this time is pretty uncommon, so the fact that the Wii U is being prioritized is nice, but I'm just concerned about the quality of the game, considering Dyack's projects post Nintendo haven't turned out great, and IIRC the early ED2 work was previously pretty poorly received by those who saw it. Plus Dyack isn't the most responsible guy money-wise, so I just hope people know what they're getting into before they contribute. Obviously I also hope the game turns out as good as the first, but I have my doubts.

I'm unfamiliar with Dyack and his spening habits, but I think he would be legally binded to do his stated task on Kickstarter. If people are smart the would request that he document and take account where all the money is going to in the game like Tim Schaffer is doing for his game.

Dyack has been legally binded to due many things financially he hasn't done in the past, that's what led to SK's demise. Also he's not using Kickstarter, Canadians can't, so I'm not sure what exactly will be used for raising the money. It will also cause him to be exempt from the normal Kickstarter rules. He's had a history of mismanaging funds and not exactly following protocol for money given to him, so I don't think he'll just take the money and run or anything that drastic, but really a game like this would've been better off funded by a major company. Preferably Nintendo, they were likely the reason ED was so good in the first place, because SK usually didn't make phenomenal games. Anyway, not trying to be pessimistic, just cautious. There are a lot of things up in the air with this now.

And yeah, him documenting his expenditures would be great, but I doubt that'll happen.

I know the conversation has moved to stuff that's not boobs but...

So big or small, people are designed to find them attractive for this reason.
Interesting. I can see why this would be a reason but wouldn't overall interaction and collaboration in child rearing also have an overall greater impact in keeping couples together? Also, wouldn't eye contact also play a larger physical role since it's a more personal and interactive form of communication and assertion using the body? You know, because jugs don't look back.

I think there was a phrase that was uttered back in the day in /a/. It went sort of like "A girl with a smaller chest is made of love, because when you hug her you're closer to her heart." Or something like that...
lol, I remember that phrase from back when I 4channed it up regularly. I think the phrase was "a girl with a smaller chest is easier to love, because when you hug her your hearts are closer" or something more like that.

What is unique (and I really like) about your moe appeal thesis is that the male would now seek to protect in a more emotional way (rather than from famine or a bear) and also selects a personality type which appeals to the male's lifestyle and idiosyncrasies. Much like the strong introvert type appeals to a lot of women.

The moe's naivete can often get them into uncomfortable or socially frightening situations; in which case the moe's dude would diffuse the situation and/or lighten things up (often comically and/or resulting in a d'aaaaaaw moment) as it commonly happens in anime with more characters. This would also in a way appeal to youth but that's pretty much branching off into another direction.

If I recall, humans are the only ones with breasts the size they are relative to their bodies. Non-human primates only get close to human sizes after the mother has given birth, for nursing. Compare this to women who have the same effect, but not as drastic. Perhaps it's an evolutionary artifact from species before.
This is also very interesting. Considering that preference for flat chests is extremely small compared to preference towards well proportioned or large breasts, there's probably a correlation to this preference being suppressed over time as the body changed. This response makes me want to go do some research.

Welp, all that's left is to hope Geist gets revived since Eternal Darkness won't. :p

Woman is God's most beautiful creation. The human mind certainly is fascinating and nigh impossible to predict.
It's funny you mention that. Remember the event match in Brawl, where you, as Marth, have to protect Zelda from two Ganondorfs?
Yes! When I first saw it in Brawl I sat stunned for a split second, jaw dropped, then I gasped and a huge grin was on my face. I leapt up and dropped the controller and danced and sang.

Would be the best game ever, they should really take Link not silent anymore, I wish he had dialogue, many will argue with me about this though
When I played the games I always envisioned Link as a stoic, courageous man of action, with often comical reactions. There have been places where he has talked in the games (it's cool to see there's also comics and theories on this), but it's always with massive ellipsis. I seem to remember a few scenes where he responds either with one of two reactions in my mind: A wry grin or and earnest and solemn response.

Can we go back to boobs? That was more interesting.
We're already back at it.

Pretty fine tit and booby if I say so myself.
Stahp it :3

I have a question, how come there aren't any banner supports for veterans? I want to stick my Marth and Zelda signature supports right next to each-other.

Woman=Most Beautiful
Man=Most Handsome?
I'm down for that.
Man should recognize the inherent differences he has on women, and visa versa. That doesn't make us any less equal. Different doesn't equate to unequal.
Whoops, maybe too much philosophy.
Uh, boobs! I mean, yeah.
Wait, serious question, I know certain types of breast support weren't invented until fairly recently, what would Zelda use?

Google is your friend:

First it depends on the range of years during the medieval period, fashion changed a lot from the beginning to the end.

Mid to late medieval period they wore support garments and small clothes. Their wardrobes depended a lot on their status. Peasants wore less than ladies because they could not afford all the layers of clothes that ladies wore. However, the garments were basically the same. Peasants wore bodices, it basically looked like a vest that laces of the front. This garment worked sort of like a bra, providing support. Ladies (depending on the era) wore bodices too but often it was under a bodice cover or corset cover. True corsets did not come around until the late renaissance early Victorian times though. Bodices also varied in style depending on the fashion of the day and your rank in society. As I said before some laced up the front, some in the back and some had both with a removable panel in the front to cover the laces.

Bodices had boning in them, depending again on your rank. Fine clothes had whale bone boning. Steel boning did not come about until Victorian times.

Under the bodice a garment called a chemise was worn, it helped keep the bodice clean, helped keep your body a little more protected from the bodice as well and served as a blouse and often even as an underskirt. They could be short like a shirt or long light a night gown.

Beneath that they wore small clothes which were similar to shorts if they wore anything.

Hope this helps :)

In other words. Like all other medieval fictional characters... Nothing.

PFFF. Face to face bond, child rearing? People find breasts attractive because we evolved from BUTT LOVERS. We used to bone from the rear, so a nice BEHIND was an indicator of SEXUAL WELL BEING OR WHATEVER. When we evolved to walk upright, changing the shape of the pelvis, breasts swelled up to gain that GLUTEAL ATTRACTION from the front, since that was the new way to do it.

Essentially, breasts are chest butts.

Don't know what's going on either, but I've read the best Super Smash fanfic some time ago...it was just hilarious. Don't remember much, but it was like some sort of spoof of the whole Super Smash fanbase with controversial topics and very bad spelling and grammar (obviously on purpose though). I should really try to search for it. Stuff like that is the only time you'll see me reading fanfics.

Interestingly, penises look like mushrooms because they were a large part of our diet back when we were cavemen. (mushrooms are common in caves y'know) That's actually why we got so smart, because with all of our crazy cockshrooms, vagina mouths, and chest butts, nobody could figure out what goes where. Only the problem solvers that could figure out how in the world to COPULATE survived.

Seriously, it's amazing how we can go from one topic to another. This whole mess started because were talking about FE censorship, pedophilia, physical vs. mental attraction, evolution, and now the evolution of sex.

I love this place.

Speaking of God, I doubt he thought women were a very beautiful creation. They're less than dirt and everything is their fault according to him, so like, kind of sounds like a MANFAN if you know what I mean.

And it totally wasn't God's fault for not only putting the tree there in the first place, nor did he use reverse psychology on Adam to eat the fruit.

That, and he gets like this when I post Luka songs. You should've seen him with Double Lariat.
Sometimes I'll sing Double Lariat in the shower, but "HANKEI" is the only part of a lyric I know, so I just repeat that over and over in the manliest voice possible.

Though, I will substitute the guitar solo by saying "double lariat" to the tune, AGAIN, REPEATEDLY.
According to God, everything is my fault. I am sorry for existing. :crying:
Yeah, that's about how it goes. BUT NOT TO WORRY, WEIRDLY ENOUGH WITH THAT ATTITUDE YOU'LL BE IN HEAVEN IN NO TIME.

I know of one supreme being that doesn't discriminate between race, gender, sexuality, or anything.

Godzilla.
Every person is just an insignificant ant to him. Praise the non-discriminatory King of Monsters!
