Clarification of item: if a player targets themselves with a shot, they will be forced to shoot someone else if they are targeted by this item. If they try to defend someone after being targeted with this item, they will defend someone else. The user of this item must select the new target that the targeted player will be targeting instead. Targeting yourself with defend as a result of this item will cause the defend to fizz out and not happen.
To vote for a player to receive this item, simply use the command Vote: Player. Remember, you can't vote for yourself!

Fixed a minor error. Nabe did not defend Gold, he defended Giraffe, freudian slip on my end.
