No, and thats the lame part. You can't tell if someone has removed you.
It'd be nice if it automatically removed them for us when they do -_-
I probabaly have like 5 friends that removed me just sitting there.

No they dont. The only way they get a hint is if they try to join your game and cant which could be for any number or reasons. I usually delete everyone I play right after unless I play them frequently, and you can just add their friend code again later and they have no idea, lol.
