Starting Jiggs, need some advice

So hi I'm not new to smash but I'm fairly new to having Jigglypuff as my main. I picked up on his air game rather easily but I'm having trouble actually getting hits on most opponents unless I don't want to do a bair combo. What are some good starting tips to get better at getting people into air combos?

if the character uses an attack with a lot of lag on it, use that time to start a b-air chain. also, any attack that launches them up like pound or an up throw can start it. better them in the air than on the ground.
