As you can see, i play weegee.
And stale move negation, keeps my nair staled and weak, because i abuse it (it's just a frame perfect move).

When i was a d3 main, i've saw on their boards that side b would refresh ne gay ted moves.
So, everycharacter, if you press side b, is it going to refresh all staled moves?

Thanks!

I don't think pressing side-B will magically give you refreshed moves lol
I think D3 mains use their side-B to refresh moves bcuz it's a spammable move => hits that refresh other moves
For Luigi, I would think best refreshers would be his jab combo and fireball
But I could be wrong

Every move you use is added to the stale move queue only if it hits an opponent.

You can also strike breakable objects, like the statues in the middle floor of Castle Siege, or the slime membranes on Brinstar, etc..
