The Crystal Caverns stage is pretty sweet but there are some issues with the slopes. You can't roll over a peak (I think a valley too). This is especially noticeable on the right side, if you run over the peak you'll stop doing a full run. Other than that it's great (although the stage was really, REALLY tiny in 64)

Fourside is still in an early stage, but I'm finally gettin time to go on with it

Also, I've solved a little colission problem with venom, and I'm adding the arwing, not uploading cause it's not finished. I'll release it when the arwing is correctly animated, despite I have not changed the background yet

The effects are not randomized, they follow an animation pattern, and it's always the same. If the A user has exactly the same stage as the B user, there should not be any desynch cause they use the same timings

Mewtwo, Fourside looks great, but I really think that you should change the appearance of the tall building in the middle (the one that you stand on, hit through, etc). But only because it's colors look too similar to the background, making it almost blend in. That'd be really annoying to get around.

^Please take that into consideration.

It's not the real texture I'll use, it's the one I used when I started the stage

When finished, that part, and the recent added background buildings, will have different textures, more similar to the ones used in the original fourside, so don't worry about it

Well, the left building is yet to be fixed up, but the other parts will probably be as now are. The whole stage is a little bigger than the original, I know, but the stage is conformed with a lot of individual blocks, they have all textures and resize them would be a lot of work. I first made the stage placing blocks just as anyone would do with the stage editor, because of placing simplicity. I'm now better at this and if I started the stage now, I probably had done it a little smaller from the start, but I'm not fixing it because I've played in it, and when I play my fourside, the sensations I have is that I'm really playing that awesome stage from melee. I'm sorry if when I upload it, people thinks it's too big, but my thoughs are that its size is similar enough to have the sensation that you are playing Fourside and not being exactly as it was doesn't matter at all

When I upload it, I'll also upload some images of the making process

Ah, the questions:

1- Yeah, the UFO appears on the right, dissapears, and then appears on the left. Then loops. I will probably do it appearing on the right again, as the original one had more appearances on the right than on the left I guess

2- Yeah, it's really slippery, it's fun trying to rollout with jigglypuff or doing a side-b with Falco xD

3- Yeah, it moves to the left and up-down

4- I will try to put the crane, but not sure about how good can it be. I'm planning to make the helicopter, too ^^U

The Fourside stage is looking positively wonderful thus far, it was one of my favorite stages in Melee, though peeved me that Brawl didn't bring the Fourside music back. I'm curious however, What Stage will the Fourside stage cover over?

wilttilt was working on this. Anyone know if he finished it and released it? Or did anyone else finish this project?

It's an edit of Yoshi's Island (Melee) where the camera extends past the right side of the screen, eliminating the walkoff. I believe the boundaries were to be extended as well. It would basically make the stage a bit more normal.

My brother downloaded the original one, I don't know where, don't know who made it either. I edited the original and made my own version, but it's not finished yet

Ah, I see, I'm so looking forward to the rebirth of Fourside! I'd prefer it over 75mm, that's just me, but New Pork City would be a lot better though I hear it is quite difficult to replace, but it's your choice nonetheless, so good luck completing it!
