Ever since I was a kid I always felt the Master System Snail Maze would be a sick Smash stage, to my knowledge Smash doesn't really have a proper "maze" stage in the sense of being layed out with a lot of claustrophobic walls and dead ends, which would be a fun novelty, even if aesthetically it'd just be... blue nothingness, heh.

A "musical concert" stage is long overdue, I think it'd be really fun in a silly, overextravagant way to have a big battle on the set of one. Special shoutout to Tomodachi Life's concert hall, but it would probably work best as Splatoon or Rhythm Heaven (or in the unlikely chance PaRappa gets in Smash, any of the ending concerts > Fruites Dojo)

I've already acknowledged a few times that "empty black voids" are kinda the partner in crime to grassy plains, but that being said.... Peach's Secret Slide. There's a ton of ways you could go about the layout to the point where it could nesseciate the Balloon Fight approach, you could feasibly introduce some kind of slide mechanic (it'd only require one animation, right? So that's less animations than ladders and drowning add), and other paths too twisty to navigate in 2 dimensions in the background would be a visual feast.

I like this idea. I always imagined a secret slide level would be scrolling as everyone slides down, so players could encounter variations like the flatter sections or those "staircase" sections shown in the attached pic.

"HANK! DON'T SAY YOU'LL ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM FORGOTTEN LAND, YOU HAVE TO BE SPECIFIC OR THEY'LL JUST PUT IN THE OPENING LEVEL!! HAAAAAANK!!!"
I would gladly accept the opening level. The green on the old abandoned buildings is a pretty cool sight to see.

Unless you mean the beach that Kirby wakes up on in which case HAAAAANK!!!
