will this ever come out? ever since it came out in japan i got all exited but its been almost 2 entire months and usually vs releases only take like 1 week or something

I somehow doubt that the wad installer/uninstaller or wad manager is on the homebrew browser. You would also need the injected ssb64 .wad file already on your sd card (a .wad file is essentially a channel file that you can install on your console). Because there is no way you'll be getting .wad files off of the homebrew browser.
That said, if anyone wants to know how to set up homebrew, feel free to PM me. I can't tell you where to find wads or the wad manager, since that's piracy. But the homebrew channel itself is perfectly legal. If you're interested in the .wad aspect, then that should be easy enough to google on your own time.
