But Brawl and Smash 4 aren't Objectively bad games despite the consensus of people that don't like it. They're bad games in Your opinion. Opinions are Subjective.

200 awards, GotY for many and 10s everywhere yet I see it as nothing more than a glorified Resident Evil 4 with stealth mechanics thrown in and an average multiplayer.
That doesn't mean that it is a glorified Resident Evil 4.

Melee players hate Sm4sh.
Therefore, Sm4sh is a bad game.

Whether or not a game is good is entirely subjective so a bad game nor good game can exist.

When I said people don't like bad games, I meant people don't like games that THEY think are bad. While I think Brawl and Smash 4 are bad games, others think they're good.
And I guess you're right about not everybody liking Smash 64 and Melee. Allow me to correct myself: MOST PEOPLE like Smash 64 and Melee. Better?

Yes, I am very much aware of why people that would literally die for Melee hate Smash 4. But it's actually silly when you get people that will literally NEVER play the game (despite how wonderful it is) because it, y' know... ISN'T their exploited party game.

I'm not a Melee Elitist. I like Smash 64 and I like Melee. I'm fine with Brawl and I hate Smash 4. You need to accept that not everybody loves Smash 4 as you. I don't know about you, but I don't particularly like games that I think are bad.

It takes two people to argue. If you think something you're going say is going to provoke a negative/agressive reaction then you need to make sure you respond in a respectful manner (as to rid it of any negativity) or just not post at all.

If you do respond in a respectful manner and it still triggers an aggressive response you should drop the conversation and report the given post to the Staff.
