When you say "Starter" stages and "Counter-pick" stages, what does that mean?
Would both the people need to agree on it if it's a counter-pick?

Starter Stages- The stages you use in the first round. They may also be used in later rounds.
Counter-Pick Stages- Stages that are meant to counter a character you're having trouble with. They may only be used in rounds after the 1st one.

As eager as I'm sure people are... myself included... could we maybe wait a little bit for sign ups? I, for one, don't really feel comfortable making plans 3 weeks in advanced. (but if other people are... I guess I'm out of luck). I say this, because I check this thread and especially when I see Speed or Norris post, I feel like I have to look.

I hope so. I'll be making the switch from the 3DS to the Wii U, so this will probably be my last tournament for the 3DS version.

I will personally be finishing this year with the 3ds version. New year, new system. We can do some tests on teh 3ds version, people will be more used to the controls, and more custom moves will be unlocked probably.

Due to the sheer amount of people who wanted to attend the previous tournament....we would be filled up without even posting sign ups. I think its best to just have it be first-come, first-serve once again.
However, Norris might want to recycle that list for his next tournament.
