way off topic: anyone know about exercise? like losing weight techniques and stuff? researching that stuff in the internet is hard because u usually come up with a bunch of crap ppl wanna sell u for dieting or a massive list of things u should"keep in mind" or something. i just need a straightforward strategy for losing weight, preferrably with smash/gamer metaphors to really get what ur saying. so far ive:

gone to the gym about once every 2 days:
done 15 minutes of stretching
done 50-60 curl ups, push ups, and crunches
then i usually jog/run for about 30-40 minutes

anything i should look out for? ill prolly make a post like this in the PRoom, but i wanted to know what u all think first. basically, i need a strat for losing weight that airs on the side of marth dittoes and not sheik dittoes. I also dont have the stamina for fox dittoes yet...

Tips for losing weight/exercise 100% depend on your goal.

Now if your most basic goal is to lose weight, then here are some very simple ideas:
-Eat slightly smaller portions and never eat until you're "full." Sadly, being "full" is actually considered over-eating. You don't need to suicide-spike them when you've already guaranteed the stock.

-Drink more (cold) water...especially first thing in the morning. It's been proven to promote a faster metabolism. Play Melee if you want a faster game you're happier with.

-If you can help it, don't eat more 2,500-3000 calories a day [depending on how active you are] and try to avoid consuming more than 3-5 grams of saturated fat. It's bad enough Peach is downsmashing you, don't crouch cancel. It'll make it difficult for you to make up for such a quick damage increase.

Toasty if you want more opinions on Marth/Peach team then hit up me or Speedyoshi on aim...I don't know anything about teaming with Sheik, though.

Marth/Sheik is a great team and there are very few combinations I like more. So many of Marth's moves hit an opponent up high in the air and give Sheik the oh so easy F-air or U-air finisher.

Rhan: I was emphasizing the match is pretty even and meant to state if I had to choose one character over the other in a tourney set it would be Peach. When you take away open areas from YL to roam/throw projectiles it turns into a very aerial based match and will boil down to edge guarding, which in my opinion Peach has an easier job at doing.

When you look at Peach it's interesting to note that she is one of the higher tier characters but has trouble against a lot of the lowers particularly Link, YLink, Pikachu, Pichu, and even has some issues against G&W.

Anyone smashing this weekend??

Put some weight lifting into that and look into a good diet plan.

A good diet plan is like l-caneling, and weight-lifting is like learning how to combo and perfect control and mindgames and ****. You'll need both to get where you wanna go.

Juvenile and Domestics Relation’s court. I’m getting a court appointed Lawyer but that still won’t do much. I just have to pull a sympathy card and seem remorseful. I haven’t driven since. Only to work any back really. Everything shouldn’t be too bad. This is after all my first driving offense. At least I didn’t get into an accident.

I still gotta sign up for that Driver’s Improvement Class though….. :[
