Tips for losing weight/exercise 100% depend on your goal.
Now if your most basic goal is to lose weight, then here are some very simple ideas:
-Eat slightly smaller portions and never eat until you're "full." Sadly, being "full" is actually considered over-eating. You don't need to suicide-spike them when you've already guaranteed the stock.
-Drink more (cold) water...especially first thing in the morning. It's been proven to promote a faster metabolism. Play Melee if you want a faster game you're happier with.
-If you can help it, don't eat more 2,500-3000 calories a day [depending on how active you are] and try to avoid consuming more than 3-5 grams of saturated fat. It's bad enough Peach is downsmashing you, don't crouch cancel. It'll make it difficult for you to make up for such a quick damage increase.

Put some weight lifting into that and look into a good diet plan.way off topic: anyone know about exercise? like losing weight techniques and stuff? researching that stuff in the internet is hard because u usually come up with a bunch of crap ppl wanna sell u for dieting or a massive list of things u should"keep in mind" or something. i just need a straightforward strategy for losing weight, preferrably with smash/gamer metaphors to really get what ur saying. so far ive:
gone to the gym about once every 2 days:
done 15 minutes of stretching
done 50-60 curl ups, push ups, and crunches
then i usually jog/run for about 30-40 minutes
anything i should look out for? ill prolly make a post like this in the PRoom, but i wanted to know what u all think first. basically, i need a strat for losing weight that airs on the side of marth dittoes and not sheik dittoes. I also dont have the stamina for fox dittoes yet...
