ed, you coming down is here definitely recognized as a solid commitment, but it's not like no one else is trying.

first of all, we pretty much set up this thing @ brett's place so you could come. we were trying to make it easier for you.

2ndly, we set this up like 3 weeks ago. you should have said something way earlier if you didn't want to come.

and lastly, we were trying to set this shindig up so we could maybe get some drinks somewhere or at least hit up a club. i called up brett on wednesday and said specifically we should at least do something alcohol-related to make it worth both you and dave's time.

again, it's up to brett and how he wants to play it out. it's his place, and if anything it makes more sense to have it dave's place since it's in the middle of all of now that ed isn't coming.

well, we know dave is pretty sketchy with saying he can play, so he's pretty much like a big negative -200000% for playing. ed just said he's 50%, and brett is the host so he's down.

honestly, no pressure this week and let's try to host something 2 weeks from now. maybe we'll have better luck. i have plans for thanksgiving and it seems like everyone else has stuff that weekend anyways.

for me, i can play sat but i doubt i'll stay the entire day. kinda disappointed this didn't work, considering we only have 4 fucking players.

if it's cool, i'll accept anything against my marth except for sheik. that MU is so bad for marth (especially for mine) it's not even funny.

btw, it's funny bc Ed's marth is one of the best i've ever seen against sheik. i consider myself a beast against marths, but ed's marth definitely has some nasty comboes on sheik. ed knows the MU really well, and definitely has a clean style against sheik (not zelda tho cuz i'm sexy with the princess)

marcus(myl) however was not good against sheik or fox. my matches against him are pretty free, i don't really try unless i'm motivated. most of the time i just spam stuff and if i'm behind i'll start trying with real mindgames. but ed and marcus are so diff it's crazy. i'd love to see those two battle it out, despite the fact that i **** both them. my marth is sexier than both of theirs too, i just choose not to main marth cuz he sux

i thank you for respecting my skill even though i really dont practice game anymore nor do i look at videos or study the game like i use to. i just go off on instinct and experience. hell, i dont even have the game over here nor a system (but i do plan on getting a wii here, they got the new zelda game and it hasnt cone out in the states.)

my buddy back home was mad good with sheik against marth and decent against spacies with peach, anything else is a gamble. so thats why i had such good practice fighting sheiks with marth.

i wouldnt mind playing against marcus, im always interested in playing new people, regsardless on skill

however, ray how the **** are you gonna say you **** me?? if im not mistaken we go back n forth and the last few times it was really close. i havent gotten ***** unless i played like chu or chillin or m2k or whoever. im not gonna john but i really dont play like i use to man lol.

yea you're much better than marcus against sheik. your style definitely is the textbook way on how to counter sheik's gayness with marth. i can't do it either, i'm not too good against characters who have good grab combos as marth.

we should do a ditto iron man match. we could use fox, falco, marth, sheik, and captain. your falcon, marth are better. my sheik and falco are better, and our foxes are pretty close IMO. that'd be pretty fun to play out lol
