Take route 666 west, then drive 13 miles past meph
My Ideas on a sonic stage are as following:

Green hill zone(obviously)
3 platforms, and a tree, which has the robo-monkey, perhaps as a side scrolling stage for SE, which has a loop-the-loop, which only fast characters can move through.

Space Colony ARK
Starts on the moon (low gravity), then about 1/3 of the way through (in a time match, i.e. 40 sec. in a 2 min. match), or 1:00 through (in a stock match), the cannon destroys the moon, and you land on the cannon's edge (which has no gravity, you have to hold down to float down), then the colony opens up 1/6 more of the way (time) or 30 sec. (in a Stock match) and you're sucked into the colony (Normal gravity), shoots you out of the cannon at the moon 1/3 of the way later (time), or 1:00 (in a stock match), then it re-starts.

Eggman's Main gunship
A circular platform and 2 other platform above. There are turrets at each side, that shoot at the closest person. The Egg Emperor and Metal Sonic occasionally attack, and are almost unavoidable.

well I do really want to see Green Hill Zone, but another stage Idea such as Robotnik's (not Eggman) gunship wouldn't be bad as well, after all Metal Sonic or one of Robotnik's machines could appear as cameos just like on the Shadow Moses stage

mmm for the green hill zone stage.. possibly those robotic Pirahnas leaping out from under a bridge?

also my idea for a stage:

Biolizard's Lair:

Regular platform (ie Final Dest.) but with Biolizard both acting as a stage destruction device (ie that one guy, forgive me Metroid freaks, in the Brinstar Depths), ya know whipping his tail around, shooting some large beam, etc. But also as a part of the stage. In between attacks he cools down allowing Smashers to jump all over him, maybe his big weakspot could make a player control him to destroy the others?

i dunno.. the ARK was the best idea, we all thought of at the same time.

what about a Chao Garden Stage??! (IM KIDDING THATS A HORRIBLE IDEA!)

I really want green hill zone but i don't want it to be like the platforms i won't it to be wellsort of lie hyrule big it has a top and bottom area rather than just the confined area with platforms. ANyway Green hill zone is like that u can take multiple options going up down or strait forword so it might work resnibly well but thats just my opinion

Scrollin' horizontal zone.

Much like a Mario game where you're forced to move along.

Complete with rings that heal 1%.

I like tails WAY more then Sonic, but i highly doubt his involvement in this game. Hmm there are so many good stages in part 2 i could see them using. Hopefully they use the casino stage or most likely the 1st stage.

I'd like to see Emerald Coast from SA1 myself.

As long as you see a Sonic character being hunted down by the Orca/AKA Killer Whale in the back ground.

And have some dolphins help you out of the water if you fall.

I'd like to see a dedicated Live and Learn stage.

:

Takes place: In space with the final Biolizard battle

Song playing: Live and Learn

Hazard Zones: Super Sonic/Shadow, Biolizard canons/attacks.

Extra notes of concern: It takes place on a small rectangle platform which after 5-10 seconds 20 other platforms identacle to the first appear. All platforms are yellow and see-trhough.

During this time, Biolizard blasts the main platform, and items appear.

SS/SS may be knocked back into you and if you aren't KO'D by the impact they will attack the opponent for you, and then head back into battle.

After 10 seconds the extra platforms vanish.

If you fall to your death, it shows Earth and you catch on fire. [SA2 idea]

And while you're watching Biolizard Vs. SS/SS if you have a memory card of SA2, in Wii, it'll show a copy of your fight against Bioliazard.

I dunno about a platform-based stage for Sonic. He needs some room to run.

What about something akin to City Escape? That was one of Sonic's best levels, and SSB doesn't have a lot of urban stages. Well, there's New Pork City, but that seems. . .odd.

You could have a fairly interesting stage hazard in Capital City: The truck. Every once in a while, it blasts out from one side of the screen, causing the screen to scroll away from it rather quickly. The players have to run through a mini-sidescrolling stage until they loose it, where they reach another non-moving area, allowing them to duke it out until the truck returns. Sort of like Mute City, but less annoying.

Also, the City Escape music WINS in my book. :chuckle:

I'm personally all for Space Colony ARK. With Live and Learn playing in Sonic's video, I think we can expect a Sonic Adventure 2 stage.

I suppose logical choice is Green Hill Zone, which I would be okay with if I didn't think the stage music was so annoying...

I'm hoping that they go with Emerald Hill instead, or perhaps the Mystic Cave (that was some good stage music). The Death-Egg would be an interesting choice...

From the 3-D Games, any of the stages from Sonic Adventure 1 would be great, and the Crazy Gadget or ARK stage, or City Escape, from SA2 would be good as well. I haven't played any Sonic games since then, so I wouldn't know any stages from the more recent games.

At first I was leaning towards the Death Egg, but Station Square would be an excellent one as well, as long as they have a decent selection of sonic trax im good, cuz the music of the old games was on point.

If they use classic stages, I would like to see Sky Sanctuary (S&K). It's a nice level full of traps and falls.

That kind of reminds me of Sky World though, so I doubt they'd have that (not to say I wouldn't like it though, that level was the best!)

My #1 fantastic choice for a level has to be ICECAP! From Sonic 3 and Knuckles of course. More for the music if anything. Is there any better music to smash with?
