In serious play people usually find playing 1v1 much easier. It shows your skills much more than a FFA.
You could have posted this in the matchup thread or rFAQ.

A matchup is accounted in a brawl match. Where else would you put this in practice?
But this is a matchup, how does one character fare against the other. With 2 characters vs each other (Sonic vs Mario) that is easy, but with 4 man fighting it's really hard to determine because it relies on different aspects. Also they are irrelevent because they are not played on a serious level.

You mean like a team brawl, Sonic + mario vs Link + Fox?
Or just Sonic, Mario, Link and Fox in FFA. Cause that's what I'm explaining.

Okay, how about this? Mario vs. Sonic? Link vs. Fox? Then I guess the winners would face off. THese would be Brawl matches.

These aren't really ranks. You shouldn't post just to move up (like I did).
You'll go up as you go along, keep your post with content filled.
Also, don't double post, you can edit your post with a click on the edit button.
But whoever wins, it's all dependant on skill/matchup expierence. In reality I'd say Mario vs Sonic is Sonic, Link vs Fox is Fox, Sonic vs Fox is Fox.
