Force of Evil #2
Ludo Avarius
Class: Foreigner
Gender: Male
Height/Weight: ??cm/??kg
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Origin: Modern Era, Kingdom of Mewni
Debut: Star vs. the Forces of Evil
Likes: Power, loyal minions, approval.
Dislikes: His parents, Mewni's royalty, losing a fight.
Line: "Get the wand!"
Comment: Formerly had an army of monster criminals and mercenaries under his employment. He now controls an army of oversized rats instead.
The Neglected Prince. Born the runt of fifty siblings to Lord and Lady Avarius, a royal monster family that had been ruling over monsters for years, Ludo was deliberately neglected by his parents, who also allowed his older siblings to bully him relentlessly, as his father believed that they needed to be harsher on him to toughen him up. The abuse instead morphed Ludo into a resentful, entitled monster with badly stunted intellectual and emotional growth, culminating when he began taking homeless monster criminals into Castle Avarius before locking his family out while they were gone on vacation, using his army to ensure they could never take it back.
Soon afterwards, Ludo began to crave power and set his sights on the Royal Butterfly Wand, making numerous failed attempts to steal it from Princess Star Butterfly. He hired Toffee of Septarsis hoping to whip his minions into shape and finally capture the royal wand, but was betrayed and lost everything, including his army's loyalty and his castle, which led to him floating through a void in space for months, then was forced to survive in Mewni's wilderness for many months more. This damaged his sanity but built up his character, forcing him to adapt to the situation and grow sharper in order to survive. His current whereabouts are unknown, but he has since gained the resources to rise to power again.
His wish was once to be in possession of the Royal Wand. As he now has a wand of his own, he claims, at least, that his next wish is to take control of Mewni.

Noble Phantasms:
The Dark Wand: The Stolen Half. Rank A+. Anti-Unit type.
A powerful magic wand once buried under Mewni's ground discovered by Ludo, constructed from a jagged rock, and a skeletal arm for a handle, and one half of a wand's core, though it's power does not suffer for it. It's magic, powered by negative emotions such as hate and anger, is a highly corrosive green energy, and it is just as capable of casting any other spell so long as the wielder knows how to perform it. The wand itself can purportedly somehow telepathically communicate with it's wielder.
Bird and Spider: Ludo's Beasts. Rank C. Anti-Army type.
A giant eagle and giant spider endemic to Mewni that previously antagonized Ludo during his time living in the wild, Ludo eventually grew strong and smart enough to defeat and tame them. Compared to his old monster army, they are both much more loyal and more effective at fighting. They will follow Ludo's every order and frequently join in formation with him, in which Ludo rides the spider as it is carried by the flying eagle, serving as a joint mount for him.
Attribute: Earth
Traits: Beast, Weak to Enuma Elish
Notes: Star Butterfly's arch-enemy and former monster royalty, though his family's emotional abuse rarely allowed him to enjoy his wealth and status. Formerly had a phobia of hair, but quickly got over it when his time in the wilderness left him unable to shave and he grew a lengthy beard. If anything, he seems rather proud of the beard.
-Those three in particular don't know that though, but they'll still be careful-
---
Medea Lily: "... Why would you?"
Medea: "Maybe simply I don't want to see someone going through what I did again..."
---
Mash: "Eh? Why?"
---
Kiyohime: "Die, die, DIE!"
"If they aren't, well, they'll find out soon enough anyway. They won't be so willing to insult her in such ways after that :V"
"For now, at least, she can't be all bad. She saw something amiss, so she tried to figure out what happened. Plus, the fact that she tried to bring them back to their senses before they returned to the town without clothes meant she was surely trying to help them to some extent, doesn't it?"
___
"With how young she is, it can still be avoided."
"...But she needs the proper guidance for it."
___
"A corrupted gem showed up and they had to fight it."
"Basically just some plot contrivance. :V"
___
"Still not dead."
