Some dumb roleplay thread, I guess (Warning, it's not dumb)

Yep. Also fun fact: the Lyrical Nanoha series actually is a spinoff from a very unconventional place: a not for good boys and girls visual novel.

There was this visual novel series called Triangle Heart, a series about the supernatural and a mystery0 but here, what matters is that in the third game, the main protagonist's little sister, Nanoha Takamachi, was introduced as a very minor character.

However, said game also had a side story where Nanoha was approached by a fairy and became a magical girl to fight an evil magical boy, in which they ended falling in love, and were shown as adults years later.

After Triangle Heart got some OVAs, they decided they liked the idea of making a spinoff 13 episode series for the little bucko that would be much more softer in tone. Aaaand then one member of the staff mentioned her outfit kinda looked like a Gundam, and they decided to fully go with that theme.

Now Triangle Heart only exists as a piece of trivia to the spinoff that has completely eclipsed it.
