In the middle of signing a peace treaty to end the Mewman Monster War, Queen Comet, herself highly supportive of monsters, was assassinated by a rogue monster general, Toffee of Septarsis.

Though overcome with grief, Moon was determined to stay strong enough to lead her people, as her mother's death meant she had become the new queen. Her best friend River Johansen showed nothing but support to her and insisted her council let her decide what to do. Through means hardly known, she forced Toffee and his army to back off by casting her darkest spell on him, ending the war then and there. From then on, she led her kingdom efficiently and proudly, and Toffee's defeat at her hands earned her the title of "Moon the Undaunted",

Years later, she married her longtime best friend River and the two had a daughter together, Mewni's next princess, whom they named Star. Moon's wish is for her daughter to mature into a responsible but ultimately happy woman who will know how to run the Kingdom of Mewni in the future.

A wizard from the planet Eltar named Zordon opposed her, and sealed her in a container that was opened in the modern day, freeing her to cause havoc. In order to stop her, Zordon gave powers to a group of teenagers that would be known as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, who would continuously foil her plans.

But Rita had a trick on her sleeve, the capacity of making a Power Ranger of her own with a stolen Power Coin. After selecting an individual and convincing him to join her side, Rita managed to not only kill Zordon, but also gain control of Earth via force and propaganda, being now a ruler with an iron grip on the planet.

The personal army of Rita Repulsa, full of soldiers from planets she has conquered, as well as having more crafted by her henchman Finster. Like many deities, to be summoned into the Chaldea system, she had to choose a vessel, a talented magus who is named Luviagelita Edelfelt.

Comment: Despite serving as the High Commission's leader, Lekmet cannot speak the tongue of man. Don't let this fool you, he has above-average intelligence compared a human and is quite wise. Rhombulus is the only member of the Commission who can understand what he says.

The High Chancellor. A member and the leader of the Magic High Commission, an organization that oversees all magic activity throughout the multiverse and also aids the Kingdom of Mewni and their queens. One of the three founding members, Lekmet was created by the living embodiment of Butterfly family's magic spellbook Glossaryck to give Mewmans an understanding of the impermanence of existence. As a consequence, Lekmet, who would otherwise be immortal, gradually shortens his lifespan every time he uses his powers.

Though he leads the other members and is the primary overseer of magic, his exact contribution to the High Commission is unknown to the public. According to Glossaryck himself, Lekmet's contribution must never be spoken. Much more elderly by this age, he currently lives in the same location as Rhombulus, who serves as his caretaker and translator.

His wish cannot be spoken of, as well.

Guardian of Space Time. A member of the Magic High Commission, an organization that oversees all magic activity throughout the multiverse and also aids the Kingdom of Mewni and their queens. One of the three founding members, Omnitraxus was created by the living embodiment of Butterfly family's magic spellbook Glossaryck to teach mewmans about the delicate strands of space-time, as well as to maintain them.

The oldest member of the Commission besides Glossaryck, Omnitraxus appears as a giant celestial being who's body appears to literally be portions of space made into a physical body, as well as a giant skull with horns made from various swords. He doesn't appear to reside ikn one specific place due to his role as the guardian of space time, but when he discovers anomalies in space time such as repeating loops or alternative timelines, he will either personally attend to them or advise individuals caught in those timelines on what to do to fix them. Besides that, his powers allow him to always be on the lookout for threats to the multiverse.

His wish is simply to continue maintaining the multiverse.

Other times, he will seek out the affected individuals and tell them how to solve the anomaly themselves.

Notes: By far the most mature and rational member of the High Commission besides the chancellor Lekmet, which is important when hardly anyone understands the only language the chancellor can speak. He was created by the living embodiment of Butterfly family's magic spellbook Glossaryck both to serve as a muscle for the High Commission and to neutralize highly dangerous threats to the kingdom as well as the multiverse.

Rhombulus resides in a lair full of every person and entity he has ever imprisoned. Many were justified, but he has been known to wrongly imprison others based on gut feeling or minor circumstantial evidence. This along with his immaturity has rendered him Glossaryck's least favorite creation. He has since attempted to rectify this by turning Rhombulus' hands into a pair of sentient, talking snake heads, to serve as a conscience for him. Whether he actually listens to their advice or not varies.

His wish is to protect Mewni from dangerous criminals and entities, but he also secretly wishes that the other members of the Commission gave him more respect.

Anyone trapped entirely in a crystal is stuck in there for good, unless Rhombulus himself breaks the crystal. Glossaryck is the only known exception, which makes sense, given that he was powerful enough to create Rhombulus to begin with.

Notes: Don't get on his bad side if you don't want to be trapped in an nigh-unbreakable crystal. She was created by the living embodiment of Butterfly family's magic spellbook Glossaryck to provide mewmans with the means of interdimensional travel, which she has accomplished by inventing and continuing to forge dimensional scissors, which can literally cut open portals to other dimensions.

Though she maintains her job of providing dimensional scissors to mewmans and anyone who has earned them, she's quite the trickster, enjoying messing with people from time to time, and she has the behavioral tendencies of a teenager, making her the second least mature member of the Commission. Despite this, she keeps promises that she makes and generally steps up when the situation calls for it. She's usually the one who has to punish Rhombulus' for his bad behavior when Lekmet isn't doing so instead, and will readily call out any Queen of Mewni who she believes has made a poor decision.

Besides keeping Mewni and magic in order, which is something the rest of the High Commission desires and works to do, Hekapoo's wish is unknown.

Hekapoo's dimensional scissors are not just an invention used for dimensional transportation, she also keeps several pairs as her personal weapons. They can be wielded akin to particularly deadly dual daggers, along with that, Hekapoo can and will sometimes simply use them to open up a portal in the heat of battle to catch her enemies off-guard and send them elsewhere, ending a fight very quickly.

Notes: Even though she can go from being immature in one moment to then stern and serious in another, she can prove quite friendly to those she befriends, if still a little mischievous. Seems to be have the third most authority in the Commission, after Lekmet and Queen Moon.

According to Glossaryck himself, Lekmet's contribution must never be spoken. Much more elderly by this age, he currently lives in the same location as Rhombulus, who serves as his caretaker and translator.
