-It turns out to only be more durable than a normal bear, hence why it survived a few arrows from Atalanta, and also has two hearts, but otherwise is largely the same, as the slice still cuts the cyclops bear successfully. It's main differences are it's long whip tongue, Flower Mouth, and singular giant eye. Everything else about the bears' anatomy is similar to that most Earth bears-

But regardless of their reasons, the High Commission was always either trying to massacre monsters' armies and villages, imprisoning the high ranking survivors, or in Omnitraxus' case, at least trying to talk to them and show them compassion...
