I would agree with both cases, but I'm still not sure what to do for Alphys' Noble Phantasm(s) since she's the only major character besides Frisk and Chara who doesn't have a boss fight in Undertale. The closest I can think is just the blue and orange laser guns I've given her based off the blue and orange lasers that serve as obstacles in the game, but the laser guns themselves aren't canon to the game.
