Bill winning makes sense since he does seem slightly more powerful than Discord, but Discord's sacrifice...man, that was rough. And a perfect display of his character development from the show. He still used the last of his own power to send Bill packing back to the Nightmare Realm, all to save his friends.

This battle was years in the making. Worth the wait.

A good analysis leads up to a good battle and helps explain the final outcome. Otherwise, you might not have a proper idea of what these characters are capable of who and who has the best odds to win the fight.

It truly was the perfect showdown between the two. A reality-warping demon with no morals or honor vs a chaos god who grew to truly value the friends in his life, and the latter pulled every string possible to save them from the very beginning at the cost of his own life. It was probably the perfect ending to a showdown between two powerful chaos beings and two of the most iconic animated villains in the past decade.

That was great too lmao. With how snarky they are with both their attitudes and powers and how often they break the fourth wall in their respective shows, it was only fitting.

The whole episode was well worth the wait.

No doubt on that. They did this fight justice. Bonus points for being the only episode where the fighters fight each other on the thumbnail, just to further break more walls, as well as the cameos revealed being actually real. They foreshadowed that fight for like, three episodes.

And triangle cameos before a grand debut is VERY fitting for Bill.

Honestly might be my favorite.
