Well...allow me to put it this way...During my reign as Queen, you can probably correctly guess that I was hoping to unite mewmans and monsters for once, but relations between the kingdom and and monsters everywhere were highly tense at the time due to years of war that had only ended shortly before I assumed the throne. As a consequence, such a dream seemed nigh-impossible at the time. Still, I didn't give up so easily, and continued to consider diplomatic approaches to unifying them...however, as much as I would have preferred peace,, there was always one monster species that virtually everyone, even other species of monsters, seemed to fear: the Septarians.

While classifying them all as ruthless would be more than unfair, their kingdom and the ranks of their soldiers were nonetheless infamous across all of Mewni. Mewman warriors dreaded them for their immortality. Monsters feared them for their ambitious plans. Even my husband was worried about their ambitions, and specifically noted that they seemed to be trying to amass their own army for something.... Not even he knew why.

So, to put him at ease, I began to craft a spell for the specific purpose of killing any member of the Septarian species. With my experience with dark magic and my mother's notes on killing monsters, I was able to create a unique magic spell that could not only bypass their unrivaled ability to regenerate lost cells, but also yo completely shut it down through use of a curse, ensuringt a direct shot to the heart would be enough to kill one.

Even though I did what I had to do for me and my family, using that spell was a measure I hoped I would never have to take. I created it solely as a precaution, in case the Septarians' plans ever affected what was then still my kingdom, or anyone I cared about...

She may not understand the full extent of Queen's own plans, but she does know that Drakkon's gone too far-
