Our Queen is a kind ruler and a reasonable boss. We have no reason to quit or rebel. Although, we do simply wish our uniforms were more consistently color-coordinated.

Other Decepticons that I've been thinking of have honestly been Galvatron with a backstory similar to the 80s Marvel comic, in which he was a time traveler that arrived at the past, along his minions Scourge, Cyclonus and the Sweeps, of course all as fellow Heralds of Unicron to assist Sideways.
