Rampage Killer. When Trent Fernandez-Mercer obtained the powerful White Dino Gem, it forcibly turned him into the White Dino Thunder Ranger, altering his personality by turning him into a sociopath,which eventually resulted in a double personality struggle from which he was eventually freed thanks to the help of the other Dino Thunder Rangers. This was not the end of his dark side, however, as his power was split by the generals of the evil Mesogog into a clone that would retain his worst traits, as a new general to their army.
The clone goes by no name, he's just a soldier that obeys orders and does terrible deeds without concern for anyone but himself, causing various troubles for the Dino Thunder Rangers while holding special contempt for the original Trent. Eventually, his co-existence with Trent would caused them to become unstable, one having to die for the other to survive. In another timeline, Trent would have won their encounter, but in this timeline where Lord Drakkon invaded their world, the result was the opposite.
His wish is simply to survive, the reason why he aligned himself with Lord Drakkon when his world was invaded.

White Dino Gem: Drago Power, White Ranger: Rank A, Anti-Unit (Self) type.
One of a set of five, the Dino Gems are a set of of five stones created by a Master of the Morhpin Grid, imbued with its energy and sent to Earth to protect humanity in the distant future. It came along the asteroid that exterminated the dinosaurs, the event additionally infusing it with the power of a tupuxuara. In addition to allow its user to become the White Dino Thunder Ranger, it also gives them the power to camouflage with the envireonment.
Drago Sword: Blade of the Rampage Killer: Rank C, Anti-Unit type.
The White Dino Thunder Ranger's personal weapon, a short-handed blade that's infused with the White Dino Gem's power. Aside from its melee combat uses, it's capable of creating energy arrows that can be fired at multiple quanitities to the enemies. It's also capable of combining with the weapons of the ther Dino Thunder Rangers to form the Z-Rex blaster, though the clone has no interest in that.
Dragozord: Galer Power, Make a Rampage: Rank B, Anti-Army type.
The personal Zord of the White Dino Thunder Ranger, modeled after a tupuxuara. While it was originally bound to the original Trent, Mesogog's army made sure it would instead be bound to the clone when creating him. In addition to its flight capacities, it can release powerful whirlwinds with his wings and combine with the Stegozord to form the DinoStegazord's limbs.
Stegozord: Slider Power, Make a Rampage: Rank C, Anti-Army type.
One of the many Dino Zords originally hatched by and under the Dino Thunder Rangers command, modeled after a stegosaurus. It was stolen by the original Trent when he was evil, and remained under the clone's command after his creation. It can become a water-ski vehicle for other Megazords, and a majority of the body for the DinoStegazord.
DinoStegozord: The Killer King: Rank A, Anti-Army type.
The combination of the Dragozord and the Stegozord, and the White Ranger's personal Megazord. It's armed with a spear formed from parts of the Dragozord, and its body is covered with multiple cutting fins to cause destruction on its oppnents. Additionally, it's capable to shoot powerful laser beams from its mouth, and some weaker ones right from its eyes.

Notes: Despite an air of arrogance amongst his sociopatic tendencies, he is able to have a low amount of respect for his opponents, knowing to not understimate them.
