Finished Book One of Avatar.

So far, I've really enjoyed it. Even going in already knowing a few character details, I was still surprised by several revelations and twists.

Spoiler

The Blue Spirit being unmasked as Zuko, for example. I never imagined he would've gone out of his way to save Aang, even if it was just to capture the kid himself to restore his honor and prevent Zhao from getting the glory. Aang's utter shock at seeing the Spirit's identity was more than understandable.

Speaking of Zhao, I'm glad he didn't survive past the first season lol. He's a great villain, but with Azula on the way, the show's first truly hateahle villain definitely had to be dealt with.
