if it helps, i've played for nigh on 4 years and i still can't adapt to anything over 3 frames without a week of play

How many frames are you getting? My ping fluctuates to the point where I get between 3-5 frames. 3 frames takes a match or two to adjust. 5 frames can take one solid night of smashing. But it really depends on you in the end. Play, play, and play some more.

If you meant lag as in lower FPS, then you should be getting 60. If you meant lag is in frame delay then yeah what everyone else said, not that bad if 2 frames or lower.

I get around 3-8 frames depending on who I play. Usually closer to 5-6.

I was also getting a lot of desyncs.
