Mostly true stuff. There are a couple of things I might argue against, but all in all it hits a lot of key points that the public doesn't really know/think about.A$,what do you think of this?

As long as Cake Poker doesn't crap out it's goodSpeaking of poker, I found a new way to make money: Cake Poker has had troubles with processing cash outs since the beginning of the year. It's taking them about 2 months on average to process check withdraws (which is their only cashout method), and there are various limits with the amount/frequency of each check. So, people have been willing to trade the money they have on Cake for lower than 60c/$1 for money transfers via other methods (bank wires, Paypal, WesternUnion, etc.). They send me money on Cake, I send them money on some other platform.
What would you disagree with?Enjoy your trip, malva.

I'm almost certain I've spent more time studying the game than I have actually playing.

This is much more true in live games (where they're nearly always full ring, and especially low stakes). When the stakes go up and/or you're playing online in a 6-max or heads up table (full ring is kind of dying), then you're actively looking for spots to play with fish, which I would call "attacking the weak players." And, as stakes go up, the number of fish go down, so you have to be willing to play a bit with the regs. That doesn't mean bluffing fish, which I think is what this guy meant to say. One of the fundamental strategies of poker is that you should never bluff someone who's always going to call, which many fish will.As a pro, you're not constantly attacking the weak players hand after hand after hand. If you are, you're guaranteed to go broke. Instead, you sit and wait. And wait. And wait and wait and wait some more. And finally, when you get a decent hand, you strike and win your nicely sized pot.
While it's true that the facial expression thing is a myth, saying "it's all about math" is likely to give someone the wrong impression. A huge part of poker is knowing your opponent's betting tendencies, which you can determine by watching how he plays (not so much physically, but for looking at which hands he'll bet, how much he'll bet, which positions he'll bet, etc.)People think that poker is all about reading facial expressions, but it's actually all about math.
It's kind of LOL that he posted stats for 7-2 lowball rather than hold'em, considering it's far far less popular. Admittedly, I didn't have difficulty figuring it out:
I disagree with this. Poker is just like any other gambling to a fish: they're paying for entertainment. I don't see how that's wrong. Yes, there are people who gamble irresponsibly, and I'd be surprised if I haven't played against some of them, but they're fairly rare. I don't think people should be restricted from engaging is an enjoyable form of entertainment just because a small percentage of the population can't control themselves. That's the thing about poker: it's not like a business, where a customer gives you money and in return you give the customer a car or a TV or a hamburger. Poker is a zero-sum game, which means that every dollar you win was lost to you by another person.
