How good is CTR NF?

Very. If you ever played the original, this is almost a 1:1 recreation plus more stuff (there's some advanced mechanical stuff that they took out or otherwise altered but for most people they wouldn't even notice).

I'm getting super into the game.

Online is a hyper-competitive nightmare, but fortunately I'm good enough at it to keep up... usually.

Sometimes I just flounder and lose horribly.

Btw, I just quickly wanted to share some kudos to the current voice actor for Spider-Man in Spain. Because the dude has talent.

So far, he has voiced the character both on the MCU and the PS4 game... And he amazingly manages to pull out both a pretty young impression for Holland’s portrayal and at the same time a mature and grown-up tone for the adult Peter Parker on the videogame:

Stuff like this shows how attractive and cool it can be to be a voice actor if you can voice many kinds of characters no matter their age or look.

I’ve voiced a dog, Bowser Jr., a goat wizard mage thing, a 6 year old, a kids entertainer, and creepy toys.

The grass is always greener. I think the real thing is that older folks would like to be younger with the same knowledge/wisdom that they currently have. If I could go 5 years back in time I may be much more successful now.

But hey, we are truly the accumulation of all of our experiences. Any of my failures or missteps have led me here today and I'm really happy with where my life is at. Except for the fact that I'm a Super Moderator, of course. Mods are lame and smelly!

13 sucked chunks for me because 7th grade was my worst year of school, by far. Still got good grades, but class drama was just kinda annoying and stupid.

If I could rewind to any age, it would be 19. That's when college was still fresh and I felt at my healthiest; mentally.

I just want to be as happy as possible while understanding that life isn’t perfect. The past months of my life were just too full of dark stuff, so I just want to enjoy these days of joy I’m having since June while hoping that I don’t find myself in such thin ice regarding my mental health again.

For me it’s about the good moments and feelings you have experienced, not the age honestly.

This may be odd to comment (and I apologize if someone here isn’t cool with it), but my uncle and aunt do seem to have a cool amount of free time ngl.

Sure, they do have jobs and someone who gives them orders at those yeah... But they tend to meet up with their friends really frequently and my uncle even makes trips to South and Central America at least twice or once every year to meet even more friends.

It may or may not be luck from our family’s part, but I feel that sometimes life can be a bit more free with time on some cases.

I do miss being the publicly perceived target audience of my interests but I don't miss actual game mechanics of teenage years. School, acne, the creeping realisation of how broken charisma is in this build...

I hated English class but after finding TV tropes, I discovered all this analysis can be done with works where the main character doesn't die horribly and pointlessly and now writing's one of my passions.

Hopefully the same will apply for me, tbh. Mostly because when I was younger life was just full of bad people.

I remember a lot of great things from these last years at high school doh, such as the new friends I made such as the one who I’m meeting next week or Ben, the wonderful marks I got at exams, the cool teachers I met and some more stuff.

Since June, it does seem like life will finally be balanced for me.

My main issue with English at school is that it can lead to people resenting books that are otherwise really good, but students come to resent as they're forced to learn them and recite facts in exams

Like Lord of the Flies is great, but it's often seen as a book you just learn at school

Such a shame, since I heard that none of the movies does enough justice to the Lord Of The Flies book.

In the same way that the Fantastic Four movies don’t do justice to the comics according to the people who said that.

Alright, I played your leve, and...

If I'm being honest here, if it's your first level, I say it's a good try, but it could get some improvements.

First of all, some area are too cramped to move & avoid obstacles properly, especially in the beginning and one area toward the end, where you open the door and you're basically attacked by cheeps cheeps from all sides, and imo, I don't think you can avoid getting hit even if you react fast enough, which make it quit....cheap cheap you could say.

Also, I'm not sure if this is a oversight of yours or a bug, but the key you get by getting all the red coins doesn't serve any purpose, since you get two keys via killing the two Wiggler next to the doors, and there is only 2 door, obtaining the red coin key really as no purpose, especially since you get the last piece after unlocking the two doors I just mention.

Finally, and it may be more personal than anything I mentionned so far, but in term of aesthetic, some area need more ground to them, idk, on the Wii style, it look weird when there is only one line of ground in the air, in other styles, it might look better, but here, eh, not sure.

Otherwise, I say it was a enjoyable experience, and if this your first level, then don't take what I say here too badly, trust me, I was quit bad at first, but the more levels I made on SMM1, the better I got, so take it as a first step in a long level toward greatness, if your prefer.

I know you're mostly joking, but that's a legitimate tactic some companies use nowadays. Make the grind so unbearable that when microtransactions are added, they'll be praised. I doubt CTR is doing that but its important not to fall into that trap.
