So I'm watching some episodes of season 3 of Spongebob for the first time in years.

I'm just now noticing that in the episodes where Spongebob loses his nametag they showed that he is in fact wearing his shirt on backwards throughout the episode. I never noticed this detail before lol, that's neat.

Just currently reading Mongol History. Man I need an alternate history think right now, I mean the golden prize of conquest has to be getting the entire Eurasian continent under one man and they came closest. Their military tactics and brutality is messed but what would be truly frightening is imagine if they didn't stop or Genghis/Kublai lived an extra 20 years or so of leading.

And I reading the cultural impact they had on everything. Makes you sort of thankful that you don't have to worry about stuff like that today. Instead we have world ending bombs or a pandemic or other stuff.

Seeing GameXplain's Game Club run of Kid Icarus: Uprising makes my soul yearn for a proper twin-stick shooter port of it on Switch and serves to remind me that Nintendo seriously needs to do SOMETHING with this franchise.

Plus better graphics. The 3DS man, it comes so close that it’s failings are really obvious.

I still don't think a Switch port of Uprising would work too well, the game is too centered around touch screen controls. You'd lose a lot of speed and precision changing the control scheme to twin stick, and you'd have to rebalance the game as a result.

The only way I can see the franchise getting continued is if they make an entirely new game.

Tbf stick sensitivity's a popular option for controls so you could let players calibrate it at the beginning of the game in a training section

I made it to the Sand Castle in Bug Fables. I found a second key, but I can't find a door to use it on, so I'll take that as a sign to take a break.

So far, I'm finding that the medal that you get for beating three bosses in the boss rush mode to be a huge help. Not only does the difficulty not matter in that mode (meaning that I can unequip the Hard Mode badge to make the fight easier), but the medal makes Spying a free action, so I don't have to do the minigame beforehand and I can act with that character afterwards.

I'm either going to play Halo 1 (I left off at the start of mission 3) or Kingdom Hearts 2 (I left off at Hollow Bastion) since I've got the afternoon off. This will be my first time playing through either of those games.

Played a bit of Super Donkey earlier and despite it being barebones, it's actually kinda fun to mess around in. Really like how the character controls in this game. Would be nice if Nintendo would revisit this kinda gameplay, in fact, with a bit of tweaking, I could see it working for an Ice Climber sequel/reboot.

When I made my current account I also was unable to post images unless they were through links.

I Guess It is a meissure to prevent imagen spam and all that from bot accounts.

I was able to post images from my phone's gallery again after 1000 posts or likes iirc.

I mean...it was either that...or having Sonic be the one using the guns. Because apparently that was a fan request that supposedly originated the conception of the game. xD I am not sure if it's true, but it's hilarious regardless. (I want a Silver game please...)

Honestly I like grim and edgy stories: But usually only when it's a tonal shift or used as setup for humor. If it's the tone all the way through then yeah I can agree.

Super Mario 64 has been one of my favorite games of all time, certainly my favorite Mario game, and after almost 20 years of being a fan, I'm still shocked that L is Real was confirmed yesterday. Having this model of Luigi is monumental, I'm so happy.
