Also, friendly reminder to not buy the first version of a game console. There's always kinks that gotta get ironed out. Even for the ones that are a mini-fridge and a wifi-router. ESPECIALLY for the ones that look like a Mini-Fridge and a Wi-Fi Router.

I think it'll be kind of like Arkham Origins type of deal.

Heck, the fact the trailer has some winter scenes also reminds me of Arkham Origins.

Remember my hypothetical golden age cartoon fighting game? I’ve been wondering how to tackle small characters like Tweety, Speedy, or Chip and Dale. It would be weird to not have them, but small fries tend to be problematic in fighting games. Any thoughts?

Oh god I'm not even getting a PS5 until it has a list of exclusives I'm actually interested in. Five to ten minimum.

Or if a new Sly game gets announced but I doubt that'll happen

Fair enough. Like 3 is all I'd need, since the rest can be multiplats as far as I'm concerned. It's not like I'd buy both PS5 and X-BOX Series X.

Best I got is stage cameos or assists of some kind. Tweety could be like a pseudo tag-team involving moves where Sylvester is trying to get Tweety but I assume you have that for Tom and Jerry already. Chip and Dale may work Olimar style if you scale their world/stages to them. I got nothing for Speedy.

I just finished the PS5 presentation. Nothing outright sold me on the console, though highlights for me were Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ratchet & Clank, Project Athia, Returnal, Deathloop, and (while I'm not into horror games) Village. (the area and monster designs were interesting, at least)

Though I feel like the last three (and possibly Project Athia) are going to be multiplatform.

No Crash Bandicoot, which is unfortunate, but given the bonus level in the N. Sane Trilogy (Future Tense), I figure that we'll be getting one eventually.

Speaking of which, I'm almost finished with my livestreamed perfect first run of P5R.

Maxed every Social Stat, Confidant, Baton Pass Rank, Technical Rank, almost have every Mementos request done, almost level 99, working on the new final palace.

Oh yeah the Nintendo Wii Deluxe was announced today wasn't it? That was pretty cool.

The games were alright, Ratchet and Clank looked alright, Seeing a Sackboy game was nice and I guess the new RE looks alright but nothing exactly sold me on it just yet. It also depends on the price range to really allow me to make the decision of if I should get it day one or wait for a price cut.

I actually had Jerry puppeteering Tom ala Ratatouille. The chase idea works for Sylvester and Tweety then. Sighs.... damn you short characters.

Why that for Tom and Jerry?

In the case of my Sonic fighter, I never considered how characters like Cream or Classic Sonic would fair again characters like Eggman, Gamma or Erazor Djinn. Ehh I’m sure the scaling could work out.

Well yeah. The height difference between them isn't as ridiculous as something like Speedy vs. Sylvester.

I don't know. I was just trying to think of something interesting to have both of them there. The other idea was just Tom by himself.
