For the past week or so I've been thinking about how much I really wish Sega would make a third Sonic all stars racing. Team Sonic Racing doesn't count.

They have Material to work with from modern games like the Morgana car or Ichiban, heck maybe something like the new sakura wars.

Just give me something Sega pls.

Bubsy had the issue where it wanted to have multiple cakes and eat it at the same time. Bubsy is super fast like Sonic, but then they gave him Luigi's jump (meaning you'll lose control REALLY quickly), but then he channels in his inner Action 52 where one hit is an instant kill and he can take fall damage in a 2D platformer, and then it has the level design of the Great Cave Offensive in terms of how spacious it can get.

Apparently his name is Glamrock Montgomery. That name alone makes him sound like an old guy who lives in the dangerous part of the south that wants me to get off of his lawn. Either way, this is actually pretty nice looking. It’s always nice to have more characters that aren’t just variations of the original four.

Kinda remind me a bit of Old Man Consequence, with the jaw & your description of his name making him look old, but that's probably just a coincidence....right Scott?

If you can get your hands on 2016 get that one first. It introduces you to the series and the demons of the games and it's difficult enough to prep you for what could be a rude awakening in the earlier games. Doom 64 is very Doom. What I mean is it can sometimes ramp up in difficulty with no warning making some of the game bear impossible if you're inexperienced. If you ARE going to jump into Ultimate (Original) Doom on Switch on your own then I recommend starting at a low difficulty. Maybe the lowest. This gives you room to breathe and explore without becoming frustrated.

And yeah, every Doom has secrets so exploring is a key part of all of them and unlike Doom 2016, and just like games of it's time, it is very minimal. You gotta do some searching and pressing A on random walls.

If I had to be completely honest, no, I don't think 64 is a great place to start. I think Ultimate Doom or Doom 2016 are the way to go but if you just want to get your feel of Doom and specifically want 64? Go for it! They're all a bloody fun time.

I recommend Doom 3 last though. The game is good. It's just not Doom. It's weirdly Survival Horror and kind of goes against all the other games more bombastic guns blazing approach.

Think I'm for one hell of a time in all cases (yes, I just did this pun, I'm a sinner now), so who know. Doom difficulty is part of the fun you could say, and while I did play games on Easy to get around the style of gameplay (MGS1 & Resident Evil 0). Once they're done, I go for Normal difficulty because at this point, I feel comfortable with the way the game goes, sooo I might try the first Doom on easy difficulty, then play the others on normal difficulty once I'm done with the first.

And yeah, it look more "anime", but atleast the character will be able to express much more than on the Wii. That, and contrary to XB2 Shulk, who went a bit too far in some places, this design feel like a nice mix of both his XB1 & XB2 design.

Still, I wish we could see more of this Shulk in action, but Nintendo decided to wait April 1 to reveal a direct or somethin'. Which....wouldn't be the first time actually.
