Honestly I don't think it's a problem. I honestly hate the idea of having "backlogs" of games you "need" to play, because I'll just play what I want to play, not whatever new game I can find on the eshop.

Link's Awakening should have been 35€ if you ask me.

The only reason why I didn't get Link's Awakening is because its $60.

A real shame at that, because I was extremely hyped for it.

Funny enough there are these stores in my island called Media Markt where they sell Switch titles at their release date for 45€ or less.

Including the recently released Mystery Dungeon DX.

Noipoi Noipoi XP There! Those are actually cleaner lines! Though I have to admit, that doing the lineart is the process I enjoy the least. I think this might have happened to you at some point, where you have an sketch and you like the result, but then you do the lineart, and you don't feel the same about it anymore. xD I find that rather annoying.

They have revealed 5 of the new character costumes they will release with the Fantastic Four DLC for Ultimate Alliance 3.

Yeah, but some of the remixes are worth the price of admission alone.

I just finished a video chat call with my friend from Madrid.

He is currently working on some stuff for English and history.

Seems like he is also taking the right care with this virus shutdown, which is nice.

Oh right, I should mention that I'll be leaving this thread starting tomorrow and will be back once I get Animal Crossing, so most likely Monday, according to Amazon. I wanna experience the beginning as spoiler-free as I can, that's why I haven't even read any reviews. I was hoping to get it day 1, but due to the whole Corona outbreak that ain't gonna happen.

I'll still occasionally check for notifications, PMs or otherwise, I'll just stay clear of this thread during that time period.

I’m thinking about starting a collection. Not 100% sure on what yet.
I’ve always kind of wanted to start collecting figurines, but I’m not 100% sure. I was never really interested in plushes. Bobbleheads are kind of in-between? I wouldn’t mind them but don’t exactly want them. And if I started a collection, I have no idea how I would start it.

You could try with Nendoroids and Figmas first!

Those are really cool for stop motion artists!

You should go for it! A warning though, if you do start a collection, it gets addicting. I started collecting figures four years ago and it's just kind of spiraled from "well I got this guy, I need this one to go with him now." and so on.

Thanks for the suggestions! If I do go through with it I’m probably gonna go with Figma. I never personally liked chibi figures too much. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip. I’ll try to be careful, except I’ll most likely have to save for each one, so I seriously doubt I can lose all my money on them unless it’s just one.

I personally am trying to collect Booster Boxes, because I love me those sweet card games :gova:

I was seriously considering buying a Kino Nendoroid. If it wasn't for so many games coming out, I probably would've done that even.

My little brother loves card games. I never got into them, but I always understood the appeal. I actually got a few from my brother a while ago (6th grade?) and I would trade them maybe once a month but I never actually learned the rules. How long do you think it normally takes before it becomes a ‘collection’?

Depends on your budget.

It varies very heavily from game to game(trust me, I have lots of experience) but usually I would say round 1k cards is when it goes from just a pile of cards to a collection.

In money terms, that's roughly $100 or so dollars, ignoring the fact that packs and boxes exist and assuming you just buy bulk commons. realistically if you just buy a few decks as a collection it would be $100 to $500-ish, again varying heavily because meta decks exist and cards go up in value because of them.
