I was talkin about the fire emblem dlc :)

Good advice though, I’ll remember it if I ever get a PS4 and Kingdom Hearts.
Oh, my bad, misunderstood lol.

I don't know how FE's DLC works, I was thinking about looking into it soon though, 'cause the game so far is an easy 10/10 I'd happily buy more of.

I heard they added game modifiers now? So like, you can adjust the game's difficulty in such a way to make Normal and Proud better without having to rely on Critical's insane difficulty to add challenge.
I believe so, there is also Fast pass, which, if you know Disney Land/worlds Fast pass, you know what it does

I think the Ashen Wolves portion of Three Houses' DLC acts like its own thing with separate save slots too, IIRC.

Oooooh, okay, that makes the DLC a little more tempting then: I'm not really hardcore enough to play Critical, but I could totally play Proud with some extra modifiers on it.

Hmm...I think I'll go back to my original plan and watch all the plot stuff on YT and then pick up the DLC later down the road when there aren't so many other games coming out. I'd probably be more willing to buy it now if weren't for Mystery Dungeon and Animal Crossing, but TBH those two (especially Animal Crossing) are a higher priority for me. Also, Three Houses is rockin' and I kinda want the DLC for that instead, especially with a new house side story coming.

The longer I go without news on certain games and series the more I dread their future. Anyone else have this problem?
Not necessarily, but I fear the day that any of the card games I play just straight up die. ATM the only one on that path is Buddyfight, without an Anime tie-in the design team is just throwing stuff at the wall and hoping it sticks

So I have enough for a new Switch game, and there's a couple of options I considered:

Pokemon Sword

Super Mario Maker 2

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Dragon Quest XI S

Out of all of these choices, I believe Dragon Quest is the best option. I love Pokemon, but SwSh is really underwhelming to me, and it's severely lacking in content for an $80 game (I'm Canadian).

Super Mario Maker 2 looks good and I enjoyed the first, but I haven't been very creative lately which means I'd be missing out on half of what the game offers, and I'm not very skilled at it so I can't play a lot of cool levels.

Three Houses seems cool, but I'm not super familiar with FE and I'm considering playing Awakening as my first FE game.

Dragon Quest should do a great job satisfying my turn-based RPG craving, and I loved the 10 hour demo. Finally, I have a question. @JDCabrera What are your opinions on this game? I know you love the series so I'm wondering what you think about this particular entry.

Having a Switch I'm thinking of getting an SNK game. What would be the best entry point?

Edit: Seemed I jumped in at the wrong time. I'll ask again later.

Byleth apparently comes out on the same day as Joker does for Mortal Kombat 11.

Persona 5's Joker was the first DLC fighter in the first pass.

Will Scorpion be among 6? Hmmm...
