Aw. That doesn't sound good. This reminds me back when I was little. I asked for the stuff I wanted, but I never got it, and the Christmas I did, I discovered the biggest lie that is told to kids. Right now, I prefer for my birthdays or Christmas to get money and later on decide what to get with it.

The stakes weren’t super high but it dealt with the fallout of Tao’s “death” and Tenshinhan struggled with whether or not to become an assassin, though it’s more fleshed out in the anime compared to the manga.

Manga Piccolo Daimao arc is better than the anime though, it’s when the anime pacing got really bloated.
