hell yeah. punch-out, the puzzle game where the solution is to beat the **** out of people

That's the funniest thing, to me. Like on the surface it's anything but a puzzle game, but the more you think about it it totally is. You need to figure out a way to beat a set pattern in a limited amount of time. Each fight is just a puzzle, to the point where the games can be completed blindfolded through pattern memorization.

More specifically it's an action-puzzle game but still.

There's one reason I can think of for why I don't actually want Sora in the game, none of Utada Hikaru's songs would be added (at least the vocal versions).

That’s not the point though. I’m about 80 percent sure that we’ve seen them do this to all kinds of videos before reveals. I strictly remember them privating smash 4 ads before terry was revealed. It seems whenever there’s any activity on the channel a reveal is coming iirc

I mean, I don't know anything about KH music but Sonic and Persona got vocal tracks. It's not impossible.

I don't think the songs are all originally written for the games, so it might be a weird legal area.

This is true though with Terry it was about 2 weeks in advance than supposedly just a day if you assume a reveal will be at VGAs. I personally think EVO japan is more likely if not an actual direct instead of VGA reveal again

There are still multiple brands of system, they just all have to be able to play the same games with nothing locked out. You don’t need to own a Sony brand blu-day player to watch a blu ray from Sony Pictures.

It's all about when they did them. If they had saved them for Ultimate's base roster then I would have been fine. I was just frustrated considering all the waiting and hype built up from the smash ballot, only to see a character that I didn't even recognize. I learned about them, and agree they're fun to play, just.... frustrating.

I know I've never tried to keep it a secret, but it's still weird to hear people call me by my first name.

Because companies who make DVD and Blu-ray players also make other products, and some of those companies make players that are super cheap. You'll never see a new current gen console for under $100 like you often do with DVD players.

I mean if looking into the code and patterns of enemies defines a puzzle game, then that's pretty much every game that has a dedicated speedrun community. I wouldn't call Punch Out a puzzle game.

I don't know if it's that easy to have your identity stolen, usually a SIN/SSN is needed.
