Yeah. I agree. SwSh really isn't worth $60 with its lack of content. Good thing I rented it instead. I had fun using the new Pokemon and seeing the new characters at least.

I used to be on Discord servers that literally discriminated you for showing any appreciation for the Kingdom Hearts series as if it was a sin to like those games and I got mocked and compared mentally to a 12 years old girl on a Youtube livestream for saying I found Frozen 2 good.

I’m not saying that Noipoi should be worried that much about what people think of the stuff he likes, but I can easily imagine why he is scared of liking the stuff he likes online knowing how shady the internet is.

But yes, it does thankfully seem that Smashboards is one of the better places of the internet from my experience (at least in comparison to Youtube or Discord), so Noipoi shouldn’t be worried about that kind of stuff over here.

I'm not disagreeing with ya, but I feel like the best 1:1 comparison to Smashboards would be another forum, aka r/Pokemon.

like, before Dexit? It was all fine and dandy(although I personally didn't like the content)
The moment that Direct ended, the news spread like wildfire, and there ya go, GF! You quite literally just cut a game's fandom in half with one sentence.


Although, I can see why people hate KH. It's just for me, I play KH for the flashy gameplay and Disney, and the story pretty much means nothing to me.

I just feel more mental peace inside myself whenever I play a KH game.

Idk why, maybe it is the gameplay and the visuals.

Yeah, that's pretty much me too.
Like, Sora is a pretty bad character, but I feel (most, I hate the idea of real-time card games, lol) if not all, of the game's combat make up for it(KH3 in particular excels at really fun and flashy combat)

My guess is it's Sora's childish innocence and intense sense of hope. I find it hard to play a Kingdom Hearts game without finding it amazing how Sora can have every awful thing possible happen to him and still smile.

That boy ain't right.

But, like, in a good way?

Yeah, it is kinda motivational.

I sometimes tend to be like that, because I try to look at the bright side of everything whenever I find it right to do so.

A lot of personal experience cases have also helped me support other people in the past, so there’s that.

I think we’ve come to accept that we probably won’t know until it’s revealed, so why stress?

Either that or it’s the calm before the storm and one or two days before TGA it’s gonna get real freaky.
