Honestly, Gamefreak should just stop with the 3D graphics since it's clear they're not very good at it. Rather they should go for a stylized 2D design instead, and have a more experience developer handle future 3D entries.

I'd rather the Gen IV remakes go for an Octopath Traveler/Destiny R look instead of looking like an amateur's first crack at a 3D game. Or have the remakes developed by more experienced devs.

You realize animated sprites are significantly harder to make then models as every frame of animation would need a completely different sprite, right? As much as I'd love the Unova sprites to return, that'd make the presentation take a significant hit

The Crash Bandicoot facebook world is getting all excited over a 4chan leak about the next potential game. And they believe it not because the leaker has a track record or it’s supported by other significant evidence, no they believe it because they think the crash community is “too small for fake leaks to appear just because”. Expect to see another 200 or so Pokemon axed if they decide to go the sprite route again.

You know, if the Pokémon Company is so greedy that they’re forcing GameFreak to do this game in such a quick timeframe and refused to expand the studio to ensure quality, I am genuinely surprised they aren’t going to make them add back in the other Pokémon as paid dlc.

That would mean scrapping the semi-open world idea they've been dipping into with the Wild Area, and that'd be darn shame because it's such a natural fit for the franchise. I really want to see them expand upon it in future titles.

What they really need to do is get better at handling 3D models.

I forgot to say that it appears that, I could FINALLY resolve the Mexican Paypal issue (and realize that I am not the only one suffering it, and its because of Paypal's negligence). So now I feel confident again into taking commissions, so, if anyone would like one, please let me know. :> It would help me a lot. Don't worry if it is not possible though, I totally understand. Still, I'm at your service.

I like that he still at least has realistic fur and skin and overall texturing. Makes it look a bit less strange standing in the same world as normal realistic humans would be. IMO, “Roger Rabbit-ing” it only works when the characters literally are cartoon characters from a cartoon world, like toon town in roger rabbit. If it’s supposed to be a real planet somewhere out in the galaxy, they need to look like a realistic creature that could exist somewhere out there. Real creatures don’t have cartoon eyes and giant fuzzy solid spines. And I know y’all will fight me on this since we had the same argument about Detective Pikachu but I will stand by it. If it is supposed to be a real creature that exists alongside real people, then it needs to look like a realistic creature.

xD I have been seeing and hearing a lot about Jeremy Irons recently, after realizing that when I was little I didn't appreciate the first TLK movie much, but now as an adult, I see that Scar is the best thing out of the entire movie when it comes to design, voice and animation. Another parent murderer to add to the group along with Ridley, Lord Shen and Shay Cormac. :V I am starting to see a pattern...

So for context, one of the required classes for Freshmen where I go to school is Physics, pretty much THE hardest class of that year.
Well, guess who got a 99% in that class and is ranked #1 overall in that whole year?

No really. How is that even possible? Wouldn't this mean that they'd need to literally add code to the game? IIrc the other cut Pokemon are not even in the game, so they'd have to add the code back in themselves.

No, it's not. It outright adds Omastar without removing or replacing anyone else.

Since apparently this needs clarification: yamper is still in the game with this edit. This is a new entry inserted into the model table using Omastar's species ID (139).

The one in my party/shown in battle was a yamper that I just lazily edited the species of with PKHeX.
