How would you guys react if our final character was a fourth party character like Spiderman, but only used moves from video games like PS4 and MvC and was only in his PS4 suit? Personally I would love it as every fighting game needs their guest characters after all

Only characters that have originated in a video game have a place in Smash

And this is coming from a diehard MCU fan.

If for some reason we did get 4th parties my first picks would be Goku, Spongebob, Scooby Doo, and Thanos.

My first pick for 4th party is Popeye the Sailor Man.
He was gonna be the original Nintendo star.

Based on this image I am under the impression that the robe is removable, but the hat is not, and now I imagine this line of dialogue:
