Although it's great we're getting more characters, it's a little bittersweet for me. I was mentally ready to consider Banjo the peak and hang it up after this Fighters Pass. There's no character left they could announce that could get me anywhere near as excited as K. Rool, Banjo & Kazooie, and Ridley.

I suppose one way to look at it is while the Fighters Pass had two inclusions I loved, and two I was indifferent to, I can hope for 3+ more characters that I like, even if I don't love them. Otherwise I might not be too invested, haha.

Either that or they introduce characters that make me want to play their games. That works too.

Hmmm.... if a Tekken character (my choice being Kazuya) made it into Smash, what do you think the series symbol would be?

Spoiler: There's the Mishima Zaibatsu logo (something that works for the series in general, and an organization Kazuya headed in Tekken 2)

Spoiler: There's the G-Corporation logo (kazuya's company from Tekken 3 onward)

Spoiler: or the iconic Devil Gene tattoo (while it is only seen on Jin in the Tekken series, it's said to be the brand of the Devil, the same demon that also powers Kazuya and his mother).

I think it's between the Zaibatsu logo and the Devil Gene Tattoo, with a leaning towards the tattoo. But what do you think?

Nah Sans and Steve aren't necessarily meme picks a lot of people want them unironically and cause they love their games and there's nothing wrong with that it's like saying Geno is a meme pick. He absolutely is not.

The Erdrick trilogy ports for Nintendo Switch will get an official english translation for many countries in Asia alongside a physical release, which sites such as PlayAsia will likely allow us to import from there.

Thanks to people such as Professor Pumpkaboo , we are getting one of the most legendary RPG trilogies on Switch fully translated into english. Without a doubt a victory for the DQ fandom here in the West.

People insult any character they don't like and can't understand why they're popular. It happens with Waluigi, Geno, Sans, Steve and even Sora. Stuff happens and people say stupid things just because they don't understand why something is popular.

Call it a "Bandwagon" character or a "Meme" pick but there's a lot of genuine fans out there rooting for said characters.
