He "dies" off screen, only for him to turn out to still to be alive.

...Then he promptly dies off screen again in the very same chapter he's revealed to be alive in without even revealing why exactly he attacked the Alliance to begin with.

I'm playing Blue Lions right now just for that very reason.

I think that plays into **** that happend in Black Eagle s, actually

Sans is arguably the most iconic Undertale character, but I wouldn't say he's the mascot persay. I couldn't tell you who's more likely, but I wouldn't sleep on Frisk. Since he's the character the game revolves around, I feel like there's more material you could pull for a moveset for Frisk than with Sans, who would likely rely on his own attacks and maybe Papyrus at best.

Alternatively, Sans is the face of the game. The mascot. We did get Pikachu long before we got Red, after all.

And even then we got Robin before we got Chrom.

Even as the face of the game, I think Sans without Papyrus would be a bit odd, as Papyrus is also the face of the game. It’s like having a sandwich with no bread. It’s weird. I can understand Pikachu more, as he does play a bigger role than Sans and represents the Pokémon series and it’s mechanics just fine. Not to mention, Pikachu is an actual party member and main character. Undertale has more unique mechanics such as a karma system that Sans would have a hard time representing.

Morning, I see we’re discussing undertale. I’d have Frisk as the playable character and sans as an assist trophy, but assist trophy dlc isn’t a thing so idk.

I kinda would’ve preferred Flowey as an assist trophy. I think it’d be nifty if his pellets closed in on fighters, and they would be forced to shield or roll out of it. As for Sans, I think Gaster Blasters could be interesting.

I mean, of course there are dedicated mains, but it's a DLC character, you know people will hop on the bandwagon.

I mean, look at Hero. His minute of fame ended at EVO when MKLeo won, and suddenly every "Day 1 Hero Main" suddenly mained Joker the entire time.

Seriously, why are there so many Joker mains? I swear there weren't as many Diddy mains when ZeRo kept sweeping tourney after tourney in Smash 4.

I never really payed attention to the competitive scene, so the competitive scene never affected me maining Joker. I haven’t noticed loads of Joker mains, either. The competitive scene is a big part of the community, so it’s gonna have an influence one way or another. I just main Joker since I enjoy how he plays, I enjoy his flashy moves, and I just like the character.

Flowey would make a good assist, if not an assist then I could see him popping out of the ground for a taunt like the slime and morgana.

I kinda don’t understand why competitive viability is the only reason some people pick up characters, honestly. I mean, I guess I can kinda see it. I pick up characters depending on three factors. How much I like them, how much fun I have playing them, and how well I play them.

Chrom's been mostly buffed though. As far as I'm aware, he's only gotten one nerf in updates.

If I had to take a guess, casuals dropped Chrom because of his recovery.

Yeah, Robin is the protagonist. Not sure what Opossum meant there.

Chrom is absolutely more of the main protagonist in Awakening, being an integral character in all three arcs of the game. Robin is mainly important in the final arc but takes a backseat during the first two.

I'm less into cartoons than I used to be, but it's less because of being older, and more because most of the ones on nowadays don't interest me. Big City Greens and Tangled: The Series, as well as a couple others, are the only ongoing ones I follow.

Another reason is because there are so many anime I've never seen, so I'm more interested in checking those out.

I'm kind of in the same boat as you, most of the time I'd turn on my T.V. and scroll to Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon just for some background noise. But, I usually tune into Steven Universe and Final Space whenever I can, that is if I can feel motivated enough to actually watch instead of procrastinating.

I haven’t played Undertale yet, but plan to. I’ve heard it’s quite good.

When it comes to Smash though, I’ve always thought the Indie character that would be playable in Smash would be Shovel Knight. I’d actually love Shovel Knight.

Granted, I don’t actually know when the Smash team would be adding an Indie character. Maybe the next Smash? I just don’t expect it this time.

Sabi can't leak anything Nintendo anymore, and Vergeben I'm pretty sure has a taken a bow. I can't think of any other credible Smash leakers, so even if some rando on 4Chan happens to post an accurate leak, we wouldn't know likely. Even a video can be faked since modding is rampant.
