I don't feel like there's a way to naturally get better at socializing tbh, some people are social and others aren't. In general though, I try not to talk about stuff I don't know much about, and don't say anything when I don't have anything to say.

Some highlights

- Went to the reptile house and saw some heckin cool lizards ( Zinith wants to know you're location)
- Saw some fat ass birds
- The monkeys weren’t there but y’know what that’s okay as long as they’re having a good time
- Chilled with a Peacock
- Fed a Giraffe (we’re totally bros now)
- Watched a small child water bend a penguin
- Found out I grew an inch, Growth is important homies
- Became one with the butterflies
- Tried to talk to a cute girl. She wouldn’t even respond to me but y’know what that’s okay. What’s important is that I tried
- sleepy Hyena boi
- Saw an incredibly angry child who is my new inspiration
- Didn’t get to high five a stingray like last time but y’know what that’s okay, sometimes you won’t get to do everything you want. Gotta appreciate the things you did get to do
- satanic Bush Baby boi
- Got wEt
- took a heckin nice pic next to a giant fake snake


So yeah bros, had real good time. It’s good to have some positive moments in these trying times. Hell, it’s good to get out of the house. Ready for that Pokémon direct and E3.

What'd you record?

Probably Operation Meatier stuff, his abridged series

Yahtzee.

We had to record all the final re-recordings for our episode seven, then a few fully written scenes for episode eight to get a head start, and all the dialogue for our status update video that we commission Noipoi to draw for.

But getting all of our actors available and finding a time when the studio isn't taken is hard. So we just recorded all day yesterday. Very tiring. The place doesn't have A/C and you're in a heavily padded tiny room together so it's boiling the whole time.

So there’s nothing I can do?

Well, there's definitely things you can do to improve. I'm probably not fit to give advice on this. I haven't got many friends and I do have trouble talking to people sometimes. My general rule is that if I don't talk then I won't have issues talking. If you're having issues making friends than I'd suggest joining a club. The issue when you're into nerdier things like video games is that most of the people you want to be friends with typically keep to themselves. Joining a club about those things is the perfect way to find those people and make friends with them. Like I said before, I don't have many friends or much of a social life, but I was able to join my school's robotics club and get along with pretty much everyone there.

edit: the bit about not talking is just how I live life, it's probably not something you should be learning from

I have a little trick I play on myself. If I wanna talk to someone but i'm too nervous, I think "If you don't go and talk to them right now you're gonna die!" Obviously i'm not gonna die, but for one second I was tricked into action.
