So there are two things that I've taken from Hyrule Warriors.

Firstly is the utterly disappointing, crushing feeling whenever I play as Ganondorf and think of what Falconforf should have been.

The other is that I have been pronouncing Fi wrong. I'm still going to pronounce it wrong because it sounds better.

As a side note, I also was not able to play as Ruto for some reason. I thought Ruto was playable, what is this?

...She's one of my favorite characters in that game.

Ruto needs to be unlocked in the Adventure mode map I think, but you aren't missing anything; Ruto is a pretty crappy character IMO

I'd personally say she's more average, she's not good at killing characters like Cia or Ganondorf, but she's good to use to clear crowds and still has some fun tricks of her own like her Strong Attack.

Personally though, my favorite character in the initial group would be Midna, I love that little imp.

He's the "villain" of Star Fox and the only one that wouldn't be an issue to have in to represent a villain. Imagine people asking for Andross. You think Ridley's big?

Even in Brawl, he did have a unique fighting style. I discovered The King of Fighters late, but I like claw-based martial arts. Oh, we have Bowser and Charizard for claw attacks, but they're more brawler and animal-like while Wolf gives off an Iori Yagami feel where not only is he tearing people to shreds, but he also does neat martial arts stuff like his Utilt, Dtilt, Bair, and Up Smash. His moves feel visceral and just fun to use.

As a semi-clone, he was the best in my opinion. Yes, his first idle frames are Fox's, he has Fox's Up Smash for a Dash Attack, the Star Fox characters sharing ledge attacks and get-up attacks, and you could even argue that he has Sonic and Pikachu's Nair and Sheik's Fair, but aside from those, Specials and Final Smash, all of his moves are original. He's like Ike in a sense of having similar Specials, but an entirely different normal moveset. Lucas, unfortunately, had Specials too close to Ness. Falco is essentially the Luigi to Fox's Mario now, but Wolf was more like a Wario to Fox's Mario.

So, of the cut characters, people feel like having Wolf and Snake leaving means some pretty unique fighting styles are missing. Granted, unique fighting styles were introduced with Palutena, Duck Hunt, Little Mac, Greninja, and more, but it's still disappointing. It's also a reason why people want Takamaru and Lyndis who could represent a kenjutsu swordsmanship to complement Ike's simple and brutal, Marth's refined and graceful, Robin's swords and sorcery, and Link's sword and board movesets. Or Krystal who would use her staff and aside from Palutena, nobody uses a staff and even then, Palutena uses hers more telekinetically while Krystal could use it more like staff-based martial arts. Hell, her moveset could just be based entirely on Star Fox Adventures.

So, to sum it up: Wolf brought a new, unique fighting style just as Snake, Sonic, Ike, ZSS, Lucario, and Lucas did in Brawl.

Yeah I misread your post. I just checked them out in Brawl, they do share a ledge attack, however, Wolf's dash attack is performed in a different motion to Fox's up smash.

Thanks... It is just I keep getting mocked with Rosalina and I am sick of it. Being shipped with a fake hentai character and stuff. Fake fanfiction going on.. I just can't take this. I hate this character more than anything and it legit pisses me off. I don't think my name can be restored at this point till everyone forgets that I have over 100 of her amiibos. Even my streams get spammed with that crap. It is messed up really. I sometimes need to mute the mic to contain my anger but I do blow up sometimes on live stream. It isn't a very pleasant experience.

Alright, yes, Wolf was a good and interesting addition competitively speaking. I won't argue in that he has Pika/Sonic neutral air or Sheik FAir, it's all about that back air. Wolf had one of the best BAirs in Brawl. Also, that airspeed.

While I agree that Rosalina fans are being immature, you weren't exactly mature either when you posted videos and allegedly bought insane quantities of amiibos.

I think both sides are in wrong here and this whole debacle is pointless as it's petty. Just saying.

Well, someone really REALLY wanted to fight me for a while. Just had a 2 hour fight against a decent diddy player. I destroyed him 90% of the time and raised my win rate by about 5% but I have learned that Diddy is like crazy weak to shield grabs.

It is disgusting that so many of Diddy's moves just flat out says no when clashing with other moves and continues on, he is just built to contest every attack ever with nearly every move he has and I can't figure out why.

It is almost like Diddy was made to force people into playing defensively or take a ton of damage when trying to be aggressive.

can't do a lot to this monkey. He's so mobile that Doc can't really compete, even with his good spacing game. The only thing Doc can do is to read the Diddy perfectly and actually K.O him with the kill power of Doc. But if the Diddy is really strong, Doc can't do a lot to him.
