When I put a border on a rendered pic it fills the background with color, but as I noticed with your avatar, you have an outline but clear background.
How do you do it?

I remove the background using the Magic Wand tool, and draw the border using a pencil.

Can't see any problems with the decal as it's made for the non-XL system (so I'll have plenty of space for it).

However, the person who I bought the decal from hasn't made a protective film for the New 3DS XL model like he has for the old model.

The former. The patch's file is a whopping 1030MB, so it must fix a lot of things.

The magazine finally has its first cancellation for the year (Judos) and there's about a few more dead weights that they need to drop this month (Sporting Salt and Hi-Fi Cluster). Hinomaru Zumo and Gakkyu Hotei are still doing good, while Salki appears to be in the Top 5 for some reason (Normally it's supposed to be in the lower middle of the TOC like last year). Boko no Hero is still getting the great ratings that it deserves, being up there with top dogs like One Piece and Assassination Classroom. Dat Gintama lead color page though.

Don't mind me, just over-analyzing the Weekly Shonen Jump TOC like I've always done since 2008.

Hmm I wake up and see that the lucario hate is fully revived again even though its over the exact same thing as before. It dies down when people start realizing "oh hay there are actually downsides and weaknesses and not just pure upsides" but then someone walks into an Fsmash again and hell breaks loose....again.

I already got more than a lifetime's worth of tears to drink already, pretty sure I don't need more.

Well, everyone thinks the principe of Lucario is not that great anyway. Seriously, he needs to be at high percents to profit of the rage and aura effect. His SideB is scary. His recovery is not that balanced since he goes further the higher his damages are. And since Smash 4 gives a lot of problems to actually do a K.O, you know why people are yelling on him.

Mario Kart Wii is honestly the only one I didn't like. The computers were severe jerks and the item spam was ridiculous. The courses and character list is fine, but GP Mode just pisses me off. I never bothered to play it more because it wasn't fun. If GP could have 2-player Co-Op, I might've played more, but it doesn't. :|
