Beating Normal Mode to unlock Easy Mode is one of the dumbest design decisions I've ever seen purposely put into a video game without external or internal problems on the developer's side.

Getting your *** handed back to you like 5 or 10 times would unlock easy mode in Devil May Cry games except for DMC2 where there wasn't an easy mode and technically, the game was easy since you could spam Ebony & Ivory to beat the game... and I think DmC had easy mode by default. Bayonetta had this too while inFAMOUS would actually ask if you want to play on a harder difficulty if you were doing too well and Resident Evil had this really cool difficulty system that adjusts with how well you were doing. So, if you were doing well, then the difficulty would go up a set amount of levels, but if you were doing poorly, then it would go down a set amount of levels. So, on hard mode, the difficulty ceiling was higher than normal and the difficulty floor was higher than normal since it's hard mode and not normal.

Yes but he was acting holier than thou to a lot of you guys imo that are obsessed with anime and Japanese culuture, when he's one of the most extreme examples himself. Learning a new language, especially coming from Indo-European languages is a huge undertaking and not what a casual anime fan would do, not to go into the rest. Very condescending as an outsider who hasn't really watched anime since Dragon Ball Z.

inFAMOUS is one of those games I want to play badly, but I lack a PS3 or 4 to do so.

The morality system intrigues me quite a bit, and Cole as fun in PSASBR.
